This paper takes S independent college as an example,based on the modernization requirements of national governance system and governance capability and the urgent need of classified management choice of private colleges and universities.The full text is concluded six parts.First,the introduction analyzes the research status of China and abroad,expounds the research background,significance,methods and innovations.The second explains the theoretical basis of teacher training management from the aspects of related concepts and processes of training management.The third comprehensively sort out the development history,teacher structure and future direction of S independent colleges.Fourth,based on the questionnaire survey and analysis of the status of teacher training of S independent colleges,finding out two problems.First,teachers are difficult in developing of the private school.Second,the losing of the talent of the school.The fifth is to propose that S independent colleges should pay attention to talents.Human resource management must adhere to the teacher-oriented and talent-based schools,and create favorable conditions for the development of teacher training.S independent college should build a school-based training management system,explore school-based training methods,and promote the development of the school's connotation.Sixth,the conclusion of this paper.We must adhere to the "three true" collaborative teacher training management mode of "the government's true feelings and standardized management,the school's true education,and the teachers' hard work." Therefore,the quality of independent college teachers and the strength of school running can be improved.Finally,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of this research and looks forward to the opportunities and challenges brought by the transformation and development of independent colleges to the management of teacher training.The significance and value of this research lies in providing theoretical guidance and path exploration for teachers' ability improvement,College transformation and development and national education reform.
