After 30 years of research,work family conflict is still a dynamic topic,moreover,the problem of work family conflict has always been a hot issue in applied psychology and organizational behavior research.As for teachers' work family conflict,many researches have paid attention to the dual roles and conflicts of teachers' groups in work and family,as well as the alleviation of organizational support and family support,however,few people have studied the relationship of teacher's responsibility,emotional intelligence,and work family conflict.As women are expected to take on more family responsibilities,they will experience more work family conflict,therefore,this study aims to find a psychological mechanism to alleviate the work family conflict of female teachers in order to perform teacher's responsibility more effectively.By means of qualitative interview and questionnaire survey,the paper explores the relationship of work family conflict,emotional intelligence,and teacher's responsibility,as well as the role of emotional intelligence in high school female teachers.Study one is on the basis of Lenk's 6 questions about the responsibility of teachers and Fani's study about the impact factors of teachers' responsibility.Based on the interviews of 6 junior and senior high school female teachers,the author analyzed the characteristics of teachers' responsibility,and the relationships of the work family conflict,emotional intelligence and responsibility.The study found that teachers' responsibility is affected by various environmental factors and individual factors.To handle the work family conflict,teachers not only need the outside support but also need to regulate the emotion properly.Study two is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among 300 secondary school teachers by using the questionnaire of teacher's work family conflict,the questionnaire of teachers' emotional intelligence and the scale of teachers' responsibility.The study found when married female teachers experienced higher levels of work family conflict,their responsibility would be reduced;work family conflict can directly affect teacher's responsibility,and can also influence teachers' responsibility indirectly by regulating emotional intelligence.The results show that work family conflict is negatively related to emotional intelligence and teacher's responsibility;emotional intelligence is positively related to teacher's responsibility,secondary school female teachers can improve their emotional intelligence by alleviating the impact of work family conflict on Teachers' responsibilities.The research results can provide reference and basis for the mental health work of secondary school female teachers in China.
