The Research Of Capital University Students' Social Morality Status

As the most basic moral requirement,social morality is the most basic code of conduct that people should observe in social and public life.It is very important to every society and every time.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the public sphere of life has been expanding.It has become a direct manifestation of the moral standard and civilization accomplishment of the whole society.As the builders and successors of the socialist modernization,the quality of college students' social ethics will directly affect our country's citizen moral construction and the goal of a powerful socialist country in the new era.Through investigation and analysis,this paper concludes that the level of social morality of university students in Beijing is high and positive in overall.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: strong sense of considering others,good performance in helping others and courageous actions,low-carbon and environmental protection concept,and strong sense of standardization in the network society.But there are still a lot of problems: the lack of integrity,the psychological worries of helping people and being righteous are obviously strengthened,and the knowledge and practice are not unified.The problem of Capital University Students' social morality is the result of interaction between subjective factors and objective factors.It mainly includes the lack of self-discipline of college students,the imbalance of family education idea,the negative influence of social environment,the lack of school moral education,the lack of media publicity and guidance,and the insufficient role of example.In view of the existing problems,the social morality level of university students in Beijing is improved mainly from four aspects.Firstly,as a moral subject,college students need to enhance their moral self-discipline and realize their self-awareness of social morality.Secondly,social environment is one of the most important external forces that influence the formation of public morality consciousness.By strengthening the construction of legal system,the management of public opinion and the purification of cyberspace,we will create an excellent social environment for the cultivation of College Students' social morality.Thirdly,family cultivation of social morality consciousness of college students plays a proper role.Parents should promote the moral cultivation,change family fostering ideas and build good family tradition.Last but not least,colleges and universities are the main position of social morality education.They need to enrich the content and the form of social morality education and to build the supervision mechanism of public morality.
