In 2018,the new-curriculum reform is going to occur in the field of China's elementary education.The reform,taking high moral values establishment and people's cultivation as the fundamental task of education and aiming at promoting education fairness and personnel training mode innovation,is an important measure of our country in new period.Reform of the curriculum is dependent on the teachers' teaching reform and teachers' professional development.How to effectively promoting the new round of reform by improving teachers' professional development in the new era becomes a serious problem.Teachers' research in teaching is an important way for teacher's professional development.At present,there is a few of the practical researches on teaching research of chemistry teachers in our country.Therefore,basing on the perspective of chemical subject and regarding high school chemistry teachers' teaching research as the research object,through literature analysis and investigation data analysis,this paper discussed the development characteristics of high school chemistry teachers' teaching research,and put forward suggestions according to the results of the survey.This paper discussed the teaching research of middle school chemistry teachers in five chapters.The first chapter raised the research question based on the current teachers' professional development,present situation of teachers' teaching research and the new curriculum background,and then determined research objectives,significance and method based on the theory of chemistry teachers' professional development.The second chapter defined the teachers' professional development,teaching research,chemistry teaching research on the basis of literature analysis and combed the research literature of the teacher'professional development and teachers'teaching research at home and abroad.This study holds the opinion that the chemistry teaching research refers to a specific scientific research,which is a scientific research on solving middle school chemistry teaching problems with the background of chemistry teaching.In addition to the general characteristics of scientific research and the paradigm of scientific research,it must follow the characteristics and rules of chemistry and the objective rules of chemistry teaching.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the teaching research of chemistry teachers in middle schools.This chapter conducted a questionnaire survey on the chemistry teaching research of 556 middle school chemistry teachers from Chengdu.Questionnaire mainly includes five dimensions.The fourth chapter is also a questionnaire exploring factors which influenced chemistry teachers'teaching research.The last chapter gave conclusions and suggestions.In this chapter,some suggestions related to conclusions of this survey were put forward.
