Education into the 21st century, teacher professional development has become an international trend in education reform, the importance attached by many countries. Modern society needs high-quality talent, and can not do without the cultivation of high-quality education and high quality teachers, education reform and development will eventually be realized through the practice of teachers. Therefore, teacher professional development has become the world of educational theory and practice of great theoretical significance of the issue.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the status of teachers in the curriculum has become increasingly important; the new curriculum reform lies in teachers, which has become the consensus. How to promote the professional development of teachers has also become the practice of curriculum change a hot topic.
