research background:One hundred years,education is Ben,education is big,teacher is Ben.In recent years,the "heat wave" of education has attracted much attention."high-quality education" plays a key role in the reform and development of education,while the basic quality of teachers is the key to the development of "high-quality education".The construction of education professional standard system has become an effective way for teachers to develop and improve teachers' quality level.Therefore,a lot of countries will develop the teacher professional standard research and development to put on the schedule.Promoting teacher education qualification and standardization has become the mainstream trend of world development.At present,the quality of PE teachers in our country is uneven,for the cultivation of sports teachers' lack of a system of professional education,yet it is not written sports teachers' professional standards,and especially the United States abroad the study in this aspect has been decades of history,have formulated and repeatedly revised sports teachers' professional standards,professional standards architecture has been quite mature.Therefore,this article will be based on the research of the American sports teachers' professional standards and analysis,explaining the situation of the implementation of the PE teachers' professional standards,is designed to provide a reference for our country sports teachers' professional standards.research method:In this paper,using the method of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,description method and other research methods,of the two major commission of the PE teachers' professional standards comparison research,find out the suitable for our country sports teachers' professional standards of merit,for sports teachers' professional standards in our country are also proposed.research conclusions:By studying the states of sports teacher education standards related policy act,analysis of the two agencies on the implementation of physical education teachers professional certification standards,combined with the present situation of physical education teachers specialization to the following conclusion:The first,China needs to establish a national professional standard for PE teachers as soon as possible.The second,The professional standard system of PE teachers has strong professional characteristics.The third,The basic principles,such as the principle of the final principle,the principle of integrity,the principle of hierarchy,the principle of operability and the principle of multivariate evaluation,should be followed.The fourth,Implement the regular examination and registration system of PE teachers,and gradually break the "tenure system" of teachers.The fifth,strengthen the communication and integration between physical education teachers and other subjects,and strengthen the construction of teachers' resource sharing system.The sixth,China needs to learn from the mandatory,high standard and professional standards of the United States to improve the professional development of sports teachers in China.
