A hundred-year plan is based on education;an education plan is based on teachers.With the introduction of the development goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way,no disabled people is should be left behind" and "Healthy China",the rapid development of the cause of disabled people in China has given more attention to the education right of special populations,and the imbalance between the shortage of special sports teachers,the lack of those teachers' professional qualities and the development of special education is gradually emerging.Therefore,how to strengthen the training of special sports teachers is an important issue facing special education.In this study,the development history,training model and mechanism of special physical education teachers,training objectives and curriculum system in seven domestic colleges and universities were compared with that in five American universities from the macro,meso and micro perspectives with research methods like literature review,logical analysis and comparative analysis.This paper aimed at exploring strategies suitable for China's special sports teacher training by analyzing the shortcomings of China's current special sports teacher training.And the paper is expected to provide reference to the sustainable development of China's special sports teacher training.The orientation of special sports development is guided by our education department.Only under the lead of education,can education reform and social development occur,with which more students can stand up to the challenges of social competence after four year's college study.To guarantee that people we cultivate can still be competitive ten or twenty years after they graduate from universities or colleges,the curriculum provided should be forward-looking.The research concluded:1?The training of special physical education teachers in the United States started earlier,with clear training objectives,diverse training modes,integrated training levels,professional curriculum systems and industry access standards,while the training of special physical education teachers in China started late,with unclear training objectives and subject orientation,single the training mode and content,low training level,incomplete curriculum system,more theory focus than practice,and no perfect industry access system.2?The training of special physical education teachers in China requires clear training objectives,training system and education standards.Special physical education majors need to be set up,enrollment system improved,master's and doctor's degree programs added,training level improved,training channels broadened,curriculum optimized,policy publicity increased,and theory with practice combined.In addition,industry entry thresholds needs to be established,talent assessment standardized and special physical education teacher qualification system implemented.
