The Presentation And Promotion Of The Capacity Of Social Work Organization

Guangzhou social workers in the government's support,the scale and strength of the growing,in the provision of social services play an important role.However,with the deepening development of government procurement services and social work,social workers' own capacity has gradually brought various problems to the development of institutional operations.In order to promote the social workers in the field of social services in the greater role o f this study attempts to systematically define the concept of social worker capacity,and as a basis for comparative analysis of different types of social workers between the capacity of the status quo and analysis of the differences between the elements,To find the key points of capacity building for social workers,and to provide operational advice on how to develop capacity.This study argues that the "ability" of social work institutions refers to the ability of social workers to promote the social pro gress in order to promote the mission and vision of the organization,to enhance the internal and external environment,and to promote the sustainable development of the organization.The ability includes four dimensions: organizational governance,profess ional service,resource integration,and multi-interaction.The first part of this study mainly explains the origin of the topic and its significance and research methods.The second part is to describe the status quo of the comprehensive ability of comprehensive social workers in Guangzhou.In order to grasp the status quo of the capacity of social workers' service institutions accurately,the performance status and problems of comprehensive social workers in Guangzhou are analyzed from four aspects: institutional governance ability,professional service ability,multi-interactive ability and resource integration ability.Present.The third part will be based on the theory of social support,respectively,from the internal and external aspects of the organization to analyze the constraints of the capacity of social workers in Guangzhou C ity,the internal level mainly refers to the elements of the organization,the external level mainly refers to the institutional environment and society.The fourth part tries to analyze the core elements of the capacity building of the institutional strengthening from the internal and external support level of the organization,and on the basis of the internal and external environment of the institution,The countermeasure.Through the comparative analysis of the six cases of social workers in Guangzhou,the study found that the current institutional capacity and professional service capacity of social workers are relatively good,and the capacity of diversification and resource integration is weak,but there is still democracy and High efficiency of the wandering,the target relative to the phenomenon of externalization,due to the relatively unstable grassroots social workers led to the continued lack of professional ability to support the current internal support and external support of the relatively single and lead the ability to play a high degree of one-way dependence;Ability is based on the ability of governance as the structural conditions,the service capacity is the key guarantee,the interactive ability is to promote the ideal,the integration ability is to point to the development of the integrated system;from the internal support point of view,Guangzhou comprehensive social worker's governance capacity is the most core social worker And the lack of social support is an important factor that restricts the capacity of the organization.From the point of view of external support,the restriction of institutional environment and the lack of social support are the important factors that restrict the institutional capacity.
