With the rapid development of volunteer service,the scale of volunteer service in China has been expanding and expanding.College students as a youth volunteer service to participate in important force has been recognized by the public,but the development of college students volunteer service also there are some problems which cannot be ignored,volunteering,lack of persistence.Research and discussion on the importance to develop volunteerism,volunteer,volunteer motivation to inspire professional services for the significance and role of cultivating volunteers,improve the capacity has become the important subject of volunteers to foster.Social work,as a professional helping activity,is similar to the development of volunteer service,which is similar in value theory,theoretical basis and practical field.This article will increase can be closely integrated theory and group social work,a charity in the city of G as an example,around the concept of role identity,teaching and classroom management skills,the role of emotion regulation subject,ability to be a teacher in college students volunteer teaching to foster team activities,to help the students improve role concept recognition ability,enhance the capacity of teaching and classroom management skills,train the ability of communication and mutual aid,prompting more competent for teaching in volunteer service,provide a peer interaction platform for college students volunteer,for a limited time to promote interaction between peer groups.In this paper,a qualitative method is used to evaluate the volunteer teaching ability of volunteer teachers,and discuss the effectiveness of group social work methods on the cultivation of volunteer teaching ability.Through the study found that,based on the theory of energized group social work method to promote college students volunteer volunteers teaching ability have a certain effect,embodied in the service object concept promoted role in cognitive acceptance after the ability to clear positioning as a volunteer teacher volunteer should have more role playing ability,enhance the daily teaching and classroom management skills,master the more in response to the religion voluntary service and need communication,emotional adjustment,mutual aid and other techniques,the result depends on the group services in the process of the service object demand satisfied,also in the group activity excavate the potential ability of the service object arouse the enthusiasm of the participation and the power of growth.Finally,combining with the group based on the results of practice,combining the theory of group social work methods and energized,put forward to promote the continuous service cultivation areas of volunteers can try to consider more in the social work intervention into the role identity theory,consider role identity formation of internal psychological mechanism,implicit and explicit factors,trying to build in the process of group social work practice can start the role identity of specific situation,using the role self-identity volunteers perform service commitment,increasing ability of the use of professional services improve the quality of voluntary service,triggering a deeper identity,and eventually with strengthening service commitments and high-quality service quality better for college students volunteer service life length.
