Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Capacity Building Research

Under the influence of industrialization and urbanization,the trend of "stranger society" in urban communities in China is becoming more and more obvious,which also changes the close interpersonal relationship in traditional communities.Such isolation and apathy exacerbate social conflicts and make it more difficult for social governance at the grassroots level.Therefore,China has put forward the goal of innovating the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to give play to the linkage function of various subjects in the community,among which,community social organizations play a very important role.But on the other hand,the current community social organization capacity is very prominent problem,difficult to meet the requirements of strengthening community contact and improving the level of community governance at the grassroots level.Therefore,it is an important task to cultivate their ability and change their insufficiency.As a professional helping discipline,social work has a unique professional advantage in community work.Similarly,it can also play an important role in improving the problem of insufficient ability of community social organization through professional intervention.Guided by the theory of regional development model and advantage perspective,this study studied the role and effect of social work intervention in the cultivation of social organization ability of Q community in Weifang.First of all,through literature research and field research in Q community,the performance and causes of the current lack of social organization ability in Q community were understood,and the intervention plan was formulated according to the actual situation of Q community.Secondly,due to the strong compatibility between social work and community social organization capacity cultivation,the workers analyzed the advantages of social work in improving the ability of community social organization.Thirdly,in order to improve the insufficient capacity of social organizations in Q community,social workers use professional supervision,financial support,resource link and other methods to carry out capacity improvement work for community social organizations in stages.Finally,through the evaluation before and after the intervention of social work,it is found that the involvement of social work in the capacity cultivation of community social organizations improves the management ability,organizational ability,paperwork ability and fund-raising ability of these organizations,and further improves their level of community participation and grass-roots community governance.Of course,from the perspective of the whole process of social work's involvement in the improvement of the ability of community social organizations,there are also some problems in the actual operation process,such as unreasonable project operation mechanism,insufficient linkage in the practice of "Four Societies Linkage",and the disconnect between the professional and practical requirements of social work.Based on the above problems,the workers reflect and put forward further suggestions,in order to enrich the relevant research on the ability cultivation of social work to intervene in community social organizations,and provide reference for the improvement of the ability of social work to intervene in community social organizations in the future.
