To development Xinjiang and promote national stability, our country taken the advantage of the mainland education and founded the Neidi High School. Running the Neidi High School well, is not only conducive to Xinjiang’s economic development and social progress, but also propitious to enhancing cohesion and unity of all ethnic groups, which is of great importance to our country.The running mode is the basis of Neidi high school’s policy implementation. A reasonable running mode is important to ensure that the Neidi high school work is effective, thus to achieve the Neidi high school educational goals. The school model includes many aspects, this paper is a study on dividing of class and educational system. The purpose of writing this article is to optimize the Neidi high school running mode and provide reference to the decision maker.Through the relevant national policies, I found that the stipulate of the running mode changes repeatedly, the class dividing becoming more and more complex, the educational system more and more elastic. Through on-the-spot investigation, we found that extant class patterns are mainly two:single and mixed, the system mainly has four kinds:"matriculation+3 years of high school"、"two high"、"two three and "elastic educational system". Each model has its advantages and disadvantages, each school in the mode choice is very confused.From the national culture aim and students’overall willingness, I think that the single class is not reasonable, mixed class is worthy to be popularized, but yet to be perfected. In the school system, "two high" has obvious drawbacks," two three "should pay attention to the all-round development of students," flexible system "is worthy to be popularized, but yet to be perfected. For these views, this paper also gives relevant suggestions. On dividing class, first of all, the school should eliminate ideological concerns, and vigorously promote the mixed; secondly, Teachers and students work together, to run mixed class better. In the educational system, first of all, preparatory should clear positioning; secondly, " two three " should draw a line to examination; thirdly, each school should always exchange experience, and create good conditions for the implementation of the" flexible system".
