Research ObjectivesThis study carries comprehensive intervention to male obese teens over a period of 45 days, giving priority to exercise(including sports, diet, education and so on)and observes the effect on the body composition, serum OCN,leptin and sex hormone of male obese teens.Based on the study, this thesis will try to reveal the mechanism of male obese teens sex hormone disorder to provide experimental basis of target sport. At the same time, this thesis can provide a reference for school sports health education.Research MethodsThis study takes 12 male obese teens as research objectives, whose weight is107.97±21.01 kg,body mass index is 36.04±5.07,and average age is 14.00±1.00 years old.And comprehensive intervention is carried, giving priority to exercise,in the aspects of exercise, nutrition, education, mentality, behavior management and so on.The data of subjects' height, weight,BMI and body composition(including muscle mass, body fat mass, lean body mass, percentage of body fat,fat content of upper limb and legs, muscle mass content of upper limb and legs)are measured before and after comprehensive intervention to make comparison.Serum leptin,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)are detected with electrochemiluminescence.Serum osteocalcin(OCN),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG),testosterone(T)and estradiol are detected with euzyme linked immunosorbent assay.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to test the normal distribution of the experimental data, then the paired test was conducted.Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Research results1.After the comprehensive intervention focusing on exercise, the data of male obese teens 'weight,BMI,body fat percentage, fat content, lean body mass, fat content of upper limb and legs, muscle mass content of upper limb and legs declined dramatically(p<0.01).Meanwhile,serum leptin shows significant reduction(p<0.01).And serum estradiol and sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)drop significantly.Serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),osteocalcin(OCN)and testosterone(T)increase remarkably(p<0.01).2.After the comprehensive intervention focusing on exercise, there is a significant negative correlation between body fat percentage and luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and osteocalcin(OCN)respectively(r=-0.427,p<0.05;r=-0.441,p<0.05;r=-0.409,p<0.05).At the same time, there is a significant negative correlation between serum leptin and luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and osteocalcin(OCN)respectively(r=-0.506,p<0.05;r=-0.479,p<0.05;r=-0.675,p<0.01;r=-0.472,p<0.05).In the meantime, there is a significant positive correlation between body fat percentage and serum estradiol and leptin(r=0.507,p<0.05;r=0.667,p<0.01).And serum osteocalcin(OCN)is positively correlated with luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after the comprehensive intervention(r=0.788,p<0.05;r=0.410,p<0.05;r=0.663,p<0.01).Research conclusions1.Through the comprehensive intervention focusing on exercise, the related indexes of the body composition of male obese teens show a significant decrease, and achieve significant weight loss.2.Serum osteocalcin(OCN)may regulate reproductive hormones independently, and may also affect sex hormones by enhancing the function of the HPG axis.3.Serum leptin may regulate sex hormones by enhancing the function of the HPG axis, and may also affect sex hormones by promoting the secretion of osteocalcin.4.With comprehensive intervention focusing on exercise, making the content of serum leptin decreased, while improving the level of the serum osteocalcin(OCN),thus enhances the HPG axis function to alleviate male obese teens sex hormone disorder due to obesity.
