A Research Of Dynamic Mechanism On Rural Residents' Sports Participation In China

With the economic development of our country,rural sports has been further developed,which is a big step forward to the goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society" put forward by the Party.However,there are still many rural sports in our country that are not fully developed.In recent years,many scholars have paid close attention to the problem of rural sports,because it is the need of sports development and social development in our country.Basketball is one of the sports activities carried out in rural areas.It has a broad mass base,especially in the western Henan Province,which is unprecedented.People in rural areas all like play basketball.It's of great significance to the promotion and all-round development of basketball in rural areas in investigating the reasons why basketball in this area has developed so well and whether it can play a role in the development of sports in the rural areas.This research took Maotun village which is located in the west of Henan Province as a case and the dynamic mechanism of its residents' participating basketball activities as the subject,exploring the driving force and the mechanism within its development.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,observation,grounded theory and interview.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The dynamic mechanism of residents' participating in basketball in Maotun Village refers to the various forces,methods and actions that promote the participation of residents in Maotun Village in the development of basketball game,including the structure,functions,and operation process of the dynamic mechanism.The driving forces can be divided into two categories: external force and internal force.The external dynamic factors include ten factors: basketball characteristics,government departments,basketball culture,physical education,mass media,sports organizations,family support,rural economy,basketball atmosphere,and competition interests.These factors affect the residents.Internal forces include five factors: physical health,social interaction,leisure and entertainment,self-interest and improving skills.All of them are directly derived from residents' own needs and then promote their active participation in basketball.(2)The structure of the dynamic mechanism is composed of three aspects: the power body including villagers,basketball organization,and national government;the power transmission medium including interests,culture,and information transmission;dynamic receptor.The functionis to provide moderate motivation for the participation of villagers in basketball activities and eventually develop the habit of loving basketball,understanding basketball and playing basketball.The operation process is the exploration of the power sources,power conversion and monitoring feedback.
