With the deepening of the concept of “inclusive education” and “educational fairness”,people from all walks of life are increasingly aware of the importance of special education development.The introduction of new technologies with information technology as the core into the special education field not only provides opportunities for the development of special education in the direction of equalization and modernization,but also an important measure to realize the balanced development of compulsory education and the implementation of the concept of educational equity in China.Therefore,the modernization of special education driven by education informatization is an inevitable trend of the future development of special education.As one of the important provinces in the western region,Gansu Province has a series of complicated factors such as special geographical location,economic development level,ethnicity and religion.It distinguishes it from the development of special education informatization in other regions,and studies the development of its special education informatization.The development of special education in the entire western region has important practical significance.Therefore,based on the development of “Special Education Informatization in Gansu Province”,the author aims to explore the current status of the development of special education in Gansu Province through literature research and investigation,and analyze the special education informatization in Gansu Province.The development and specific application of the aspect,as well as the existing problems,and propose solutions to the problem,in order to provide a scientific and effective reference and basis for the sustainable development of special education information in Gansu Province.The content of this research includes four parts:(1)The author uses the literature analysis method to sort out and summarize the status quo and related theories of special education informatization at home and abroad,and combines the interview method with the excellent research results and experience of the predecessors.With the information infrastructure,digital teaching resources,information teaching application,information management and service and information security mechanism as the research dimension,the survey framework of Gansu special education informatization development status is designed,and special education is designed according to the survey framework.School education information survey content.(2)Taking 40 special education schools and some education bureaus in Gansu Province as the survey objects,with the support of the Gansu Provincial Education Department and the Electro-Education Education Center,questionnaires were used to distribute questionnaires through the online platform to collect quantitative data.At the same time,in order to make up for the singleness and deficiency of the data of the online survey questionnaire,the special education schools in some areas were visited in the later stage,and interviewed and school principals,information management personnel and front-line teachers were used to conduct qualitative interviews and interview activities to collect qualitative data.(3)Using SPSS19.0 and Excel2016 and other data analysis software to conduct in-depth and meticulous analysis of quantitative data and interview qualitative data of network survey questionnaires to understand the status quo of informatization development of special education schools in Gansu Province.(4)Summarize the problems existing in the development of information technology in special education schools in Gansu Province,and propose corresponding countermeasures for the problems.The conclusions of this study mainly have the following three aspects:(1)The status quo of informatization development of special education schools in Gansu Province: In terms of infrastructure,the information classrooms of special education schools mainly focus on multimedia classrooms and computer classrooms,and the multimedia classrooms are mainly composed of interactive whiteboards + computers and physical projectors.Mainly;the rehabilitation environment construction mainly consists of multi-sensory rhythm classroom,speech language rehabilitation room,auditory rehabilitation room and psychological evaluation room;the configuration of personalized equipment mainly uses blind display,Braille recorder,voice input device,and listening machine.The language rehabilitation training apparatus and the auditory rehabilitation training apparatus are the main ones,and the allocation ratios of different schools are different in different regions.Among them,the rehabilitation equipment allocation rate of blind schools is low.For special education schools in cities such as Tianshui and Jiuquan,each class is only configured.2-3 blind typewriters.Special education schools have been equipped with 972 terminal equipments,including 547 teachers and 425 students.The configuration of teachers' terminal equipment is better,but the low construction rate of campus network and the problem of network speed are important issues that are currently plaguing the development of information technology in special education schools.One.In terms of digital education resources,the types of school resource pools are mainly multimedia coursewarelibraries and subject teaching and learning libraries.The number of dedicated digital resources for teaching is small.The channels for teachers to obtain resources are mainly based on Internet downloading.Currently,there is no construction resource in schools.Sharing mechanism.In terms of informational teaching application,the overall information technology quality of special education teachers is not high,which is manifested in the weak awareness of information technology,the low level of application of information technology and assistive technology in teaching,and the lack of depth in the integration of information technology and curriculum.In terms of information management and service,most of the special education schools' information management systems and security systems are not well-functioning,and mainly focus on office main automation systems and teaching administration systems.The development of informational development plans for special education schools is still at the provincial level.There are still few plans at the municipal and school level,and teachers are more willing to train informatization,but the number of training is small.(2)The main problems in the development of special education informatization in Gansu Province: the construction of information infrastructure has not been popularized;the construction of digital resources for special courses is insufficient;the application ability of special education teachers in information technology needs to be improved;information management and service system Not yet sound;the school lacks effective institutional and policy support.(3)Proposing effective countermeasures for the development of special education informatization: promoting the construction of school infrastructure and improving the level of compensation;developing personalized digital education resources,improving the mechanism of resource sharing and sharing;improving the application of information technology for special education teachers;and building information management System,improve management level;develop effective information construction standards and development planning.
