In recent years,with the development of the mobile Internet and the educational level,the traditional teaching mode has not met the needs of learners.Under the birth of the mobile Internet,a variety of new learning modes have entered the learning space of learners.The emergence of microblogs,We Chat,micro-movies,micro-videos,micro-lecture,etc.have made "fragmentation" free short-term learning possible,and attracted many learning groups.Among them,teenagers have became the main body of users,but because of their poor self-study ability,they are easy to appear "three minutes of heat" phenomenon,therefore,how to enable learners to use the mobile learning tools to maintain the best learning state for a long time,has become the focus of researchers.This paper takes the most popular " micro-lecture " of mobile learning as the core of this research,Incorporate the ARCS motivation model into the micro-lecture design in the way of task-oriented,and use it in the internship unit,and achieved good results.Mainly completed the following work:(1)Introduce the research background and research significance of micro-lecture,analyze the current situation of micro-lecture research at home and abroad,comb the existing problems in the design of micro-lecture,give the feasibility of the research in this paper,and explain the micro-lecture.The concept and characteristics of the course describe the ARCS motivation model,micro-lecture elements,the meaning of the micro-lecture elements of the ARCS motivation model,the characteristics and design elements of the task-led teaching model,and the educational theoretical basis used by the design elements.(2)Prepared a questionnaire based on the high school students' cognitive development law,motivation factors and the use of micro-lecture,surveyed and interviewed some teachers and students of the internship unit,and used the questionnaire stars to issue the questionnaire to some practice unit's teachers and students in Zhengzhou,applied SPSS21.0 data analysis software to statistics and data visualization of the collected questionnaires.It was concluded that students' motivation in the learning process needs to be strengthened,and some learning resources are needed to assist learning in the course of information technology courses.At the same time,interviewed some information technology teachers in the practice unit in Zhengzhou,and listened to the problems they encountered in using micro-lecture.And the micro-lecture can solve the problem of improving teaching efficiency.(3)Designing micro-lectures from the perspective of the task-oriented model of the ARCS motivation model,exploring the relevant factors that affect learning motivation,and giving the design principles of the task-oriented micro-lecture of the ARCS motivation model.The course design process is divided into six steps: topic selection,learner characteristics analysis,ARCS motivation model design,micro-lecture production,formative evaluation,promotion and application,and each step is described in detail.Take the two lessons of "Form Data Processing-Using Formula Calculations" and "Simple Processing of Digital Audio" in the information technology course of the first grade of senior high school as examples to carry out the task-oriented micro-lecture design and recording of the micro-lecture of ARCS.The recorded video was processed by Power Creator media studio 3.0 and released to the teaching network platform to form a viewing micro-lecture.(4)In order to verify whether the task-oriented micro-lecture of the designed ARCS motivation model is superior to the traditional teaching model,two classes with comparable academic performance were selected for experiment in the practice unit in Zhengzhou,an experimental group and a control group were established respectively.After one semester of experimental testing,based on the collected data,the T-test method was used to analyze the motivation levels of the two groups and the repeated measures were used to analyze the changes in the academic performance of the two groups.The analysis results show that the task-led micro-lecture of the ARCS motivation model is superior to the traditional teaching model,and can stimulate students' learning motivation and improve their academic performance.(5)Summarizes the design and application results of the task-led micro-lecture of the ARCS motivation model,points out the research deficiencies,and describes the future development direction.
