With the study of network learning,the research of network learning and evaluation has been paid more and more attention by the educational scholars.The study of the effect of network learning and evaluation is an important part of the study of network learning.The evaluation of the network learning is based on the traditional thought and evaluation.According to the characteristics of the network learning,the evaluation and evaluation are integrated into the course,and the learning of the students is promoted.And the learning efficiency of the students is improved.This paper focuses on the research of the effect of network learning and evaluation,and the author points out the definition and classification of the concept of the evaluation effect of the network learning,and studies the influencing factors of the evaluation effect of the network learning.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward and summarized to promote the evaluation effect of web-based learning.First of all,the background,meaning,goal and content of the research on the effect of network learning and evaluation are set forth,and the present situation of the research on the evaluation effect of the current network learning is discussed in detail.The theoretical basis of this study is the learning evaluation theory and the evaluation-based learning evaluation model,and the concepts involved have the learning evaluation,the learning evaluation and the network learning evaluation effect.The data processing software used has the SPSS 20.0 and the structural equation model AMOS21.Secondly,the paper makes a preliminary investigation on the evaluation effect of e-learning of undergraduates in X University in the form of questionnaire survey.Through exploratory factor analysis,the influencing factors of the evaluation effect of e-learning are obtained,and the hypothetical model of influencing factors is constructed.The hypothesis is verified one by using the method of structural equation model,and the influencing factors model of the evaluation effect of network learning is reconstructed.Then,a case study is carried out based on the model of influencing factors.By tracing and analyzing the students' learning data of the course "Information Education" in a university,the model of influencing factors is verified by obtaining the required information at a deeper level.Finally,the influence factors of e-learning evaluation effect are combed,combined withthe analysis of students' e-learning evaluation effect,the main influencing factors of e-learning evaluation effect are sharing goal,process guidance and targeted feedback,and it is concluded that the influence factors of e-learning evaluation effect are sharing goal,process guidance and feedback.In this paper,the root causes of each influencing factor are analyzed deeply,and then some suggestions are put forward for the evaluation of college students' e-learning.The final purpose of this study is to find out the main influencing factors of e-learning evaluation from the perspective of learning evaluation,and to analyze the relationship between the factors,so as to promote the evaluation effect of e-learning for students.In order to improve the students' online learning efficiency.
