With the continuous improvement of the quality of higher education,many scholars began to explore the learning problems of college students,the research began to appear,the object of study from the previous high school students to vocational high school students.Until the students,unilateral research and more comprehensive research,the effective study of graduate students and research is still in the occasional,scattered,not the state of the system.In order to understand the effective problems of postgraduates 'study and the factors influencing the study of the postgraduates,this paper starts from the conception of improving the quality of postgraduates and takes some colleges in Jiangsu Province as an example to discuss the effective and influencing factors of postgraduates' study.In this study,the literature,interview,observation and questionnaire survey,the focus on the graduate population,from the theoretical construction,interviews,open questionnaire distribution and collation,statistics,analysis,and then to the closed questionnaire test And revision work on the basis of the preparation of the "Master graduate students effective learning impact factor questionnaire".Through the six different types of colleges and universities in Jiangsu,Nanjing Normal University,Changzhou University,Jiangsu NormalUniversity,Suzhou University,Mining University,Xuzhou Medical College six colleges and universities,a total of 500 graduate students to test,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 to sort out,statistics,analysis,to explore the effective status of graduate students and their influencing factors.It can be seen from the results of the study that the effective level of postgraduates in Jiangsu Province is not high;the effective learning of postgraduates is higher than that of girls,and the trend is higher than that of non-normal students.The impact of their "U"-type curve,married higher than unmarried,family economic situation is better than the family economic situation is difficult,the main source of living expenses are scholarships and personal income higher than family support and student loans,the same degree of science than undergraduate fresh students The guidance of the authority to guide the way than the loose type and utilitarian mentor guidance to be effective,to participate in research to be slightly higher than the subjects did not participate in the higher level journals published articles higher than the unpublished;and Whether thereis any difference between the type of school,whether there is a doctorate or not,whether there is any difference between the school and the school,whether there is any difference between the school and the school.Based on the above analysis and discussion,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effective learning level from the aspects of graduate students,family and school social units by means of SEM(structural equation model)analysis framework.
