It happens that high school students can often grasp the teachers' instructions while fail to finish exercises correctly in physics learning.Based on communication with students and observation of students' problem-solving process, the study found that such phenomena owe to students' thinking obstacles in the problem-solving process, which has caught the author's focus on the thinking barriers in solving physics problems.Through reviewing relevant literatures,it is found that most of the relevant researches simply give teaching strategies based on the types of thinking obstacles, without in-depth testing the rationality and effectiveness of these strategies, though. Therefore, with the overall analysis of students' thinking obstacles, some practical breakthrough strategies are expected to be attained, its effectiveness will be tested as well, hoping to figure out some insightful teaching strategies in high school physics learning.Through literature review, this paper clarifies relevant core concepts and sorts out relevant research achievements at home and abroad first. Then based on the researches and problems found in real-life teaching of author, with the information processing theory, metacognitive theory and theory of the zone of proximal development as theoretical guidance, the paper puts forward four principles to break through these thinking obstacles tentatively, which namely are principles of developing students' thinking, improving students' problem-solving ability, optimizing problem selection, promoting students' development.Along with principles are initial breaking-through strategies, which are to explore implicit conditions,to understand physical concepts,to apply mathematical tools to physical problems solving,to transfer physical methods,to perfect students' knowledge system, and to overcome psychological barriers when solving problems. To test its practicality, the author apply these strategies in experimental physics teaching in Minle XX Senior High School in Gansu province, with a total of 55 grade 1 students in a class as research objects, after that the real feedback of the teaching will be summarized in combination with the analysis of students' grades and interviews. In perspective of the basic breakthrough strategies and experimental teaching feedbacks, the practical breakthrough strategies to solve students' thinking obstacles in physics learning are put forward: Strategies to explore implicit conditions,to understand physical concepts,to apply mathematical tools to physical problems solving,to transfer physical methods and to perfect students' knowledge system.Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perform these strategies: teaching physics concepts in different levels;guiding students to work out the common approach to certain exercises;encouraging students to set an error portfolio, and urging them to practice the breakthrough strategies of thinking obstacles.
