Student learning activities are essentially the process of thinking activity. Thinking is a human understanding of the world, an important part of the transformation of the world. In the study of physics, the physical construction of thinking is also a very important process. without the participation of thinking activity, it is hardly to learning physical concepts, derivation, simulation experiments and physical laws to understand the object of formula physics experiments. Thinking activity close contact with our lives, work and study, however, thought disorder has cropped up. In the new round of curriculum reform, our country also greatly concerned about the culture and improve the scientific literacy of students’ thinking ability, in order to against the thought disorder problem for students in secondary schools, many experts and teachers have carried out a lot of in-depth research, also we obtained a lot of valuable conclusions. However, there are a lot of studies have been included in the various aspects of the problem of thinking, targeted research to solve the physical problems of thought disorder and put forward in this regard relates to teaching strategies than less.The article is design by reading documentary material which related the issues, and then investigation of Students’ physical conditions and work in the form of a questionnaire, to determine the type of the four kinds of thought disorder of the research:the concept before physical disturbance, the impact of mindset, physical formula mathematical unskilled and physical thinking of one-sidedness. Questionnaire split into two parts, the first part in the form of physical exercise for students thinking obstacle detection, the second part is to investigate students’ own self-cognition thought disorder. According to the survey results of the analysis, after the students thought disorder were analyzed, put forward to solve the corresponding teaching strategies. In teaching should focus on the training of deep thinking to enable students to go wrong before the physical concept of the morass, but also pay great attention to the substance of logical reasoning process physics formulas and physical laws to solve physical formula mathematical unskilled problem, and finally addressing the mindset and thinking of the one-sidedness of the vast problem of thinking and divergent. To constantly improve the students’ thought disorder solving strategies, teachers should always communicate with students in order to understand the real-time dynamics of their thinking on teaching strategies accordingly.
