The campus football activities in Gansu Province were officially launched in2009.They have been developed for 10 years,but there are still more or less problems in campus football activities.For instance,a few schools still don't recognize the true concept of national campus football activities from its fundament.In most cases,They just “handed over satisfactory answers for the tasks”.It can be seen from the existing problems in the current development process that the school is not paying enough attention and some fraudulent behaviors occur frequently,that is to say,there is a lack of complete supervision and evaluation of the implementation effect in the implementation of campus football activities.At present,the current campus football evaluation index systems are different from all provinces and cities in our country.However,the campus football activities aren't carried out excellently because of geographical and economic limitations in Gansu Province so that there are few researches on the campus football evaluation index system.This paper takes the literature and data method,Delphi method,entropy method and mathematical statistics method to establish the initial index of implementation evaluation about junior middle schools in Gansu Province.In order to reduce personal subjectivity and give full play to the role of the expert group,from the initial index system of the "literature and data method ",Finally,the technique of "rank sum ratio method" and the consistency test of split semi-level correlation method are carried out.through three rounds of expert consultation,I made a summary and re-collection according to evaluation results and feedback of the expert group,optimize the implementation of the evaluation of the junior high school campus in Gansu Province.Based on the initial 45 semi-level indicators to the final optimization of 17 three-level indicators,the entropy method is used to determine the weights of each level of indicators,and a comprehensive evaluation index system for the junior high school campus football in Gansu Province is established.The indicator system evaluates specific schools,calculates a comprehensive index of each school's campus football performance,and further uses the percentile method to construct a three-level evaluation standard for the comprehensive index of implementation evaluation to the campus soccer performance of Gansu junior high school,which can be more objective,effectively supervise and evaluate the performance of campus football to provide guarantee for the implementation of campus football activities in Gansu junior high school and promote its sustainable development.There are three main results of this paper:1.This paper has developed a systematic evaluation index system for campus soccer in junior high school in Gansu Province.There are a train of secondary indicators of the indicator system as follow: popularization and promotion of football culture(0.55),campus football activities and guarantees in schools(0.26),infrastructure construction and funding investment(0.12),faculties(0.04)and sports competition training(0.03).Five secondary indicators are composed.Among them,the weight of the popularity and promotion of football culture is the largest,0.55,which indicates that the popularization and promotion of football culture in Gansu Province is an indispensable part of the development in junior high school campus football.There are 17 third-level indicators,including the establishment of campus football websites and the publicity level of WeChat public account(0.543),the using situation of campus football textbooks(0.113),the average personal possession area of sports venues(0.095),and the average personal possession of equipment(0.065).2.Using the index system to quantitatively evaluate the performance of the campus soccer implementation of 20 characteristic junior middle schools in Gansu Province,at the same time,calculate the comprehensive index of the performance of each school's campus football implementation.From the comprehensive index we can see: several school comprehensive indexes are relatively high such as Lanzhou,Jiuquan and Baiyin areas;parts of school comprehensive indexes are moderate such as Tianshui,Qingyang,Zhangye,Wuwei,Pingliang and Dingxi districts;the comprehensive index of schools in Jinchang,Weinan,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture is relatively low.And the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.3.Using the percentile method to construct the general three-level evaluation standard of the comprehensive implementation index of campus soccer performance in Gansu junior high school,It takes the comprehensive index P25 and P75 as the boundary value to establish the three-level evaluation standard for the implementationperformance of the junior high school campus football in Gansu Province.The specific standard is as follow: the composite index is poor at(0-0.02);the composite index is middle at [0.02-0.08];the composite index is superior at [0.08-1).This standard can more intuitively reflect the performance level of campus football implementation in each school,which is convenient for comparison.Through the above research,the following recommendations are made for the development of campus football in junior middle schools in Gansu Province:1.In the process of development about the characteristic junior college football school in Gansu Province,under the premise of considering the infrastructure construction and funding investment,faculties and the balanced development of sports competition training,“the popularization and promotion of football culture” and “the guarantee of football activities in campus” and other issues should be the content that each school should focus on and carefully plan to implement.For instance,make full use of the "Internet + " mode to establish the campus football website and WeChat public number of their own schools;develop football school-based courses according to the specific conditions of specific school.2.According to the comprehensive index implementation of the 20 schools' campus football performance,the regional imbalance of campus football development in Gansu Province can be seen.This situation is not the case in Gansu Province.What's worse,other provinces have more or less such similar problems.The improvement method is to establish a long-term mutual aid development system and open up barriers between various regions and schools through the Internet platform.“Sharing the successful experience of campus football.To avoid the failure of campus football” to achieve the common progress of the campus football in Gansu Province in order to ultimately eliminate the imbalance of regional development.3.On the basis of this research,I try to transform this research result into Gansu Provincial Campus Football Intelligent Management Platform.Each distribution school regularly uploads designated data every year,at the same time,conducts real-time monitoring through intelligent management platform so that the school can understand real situation about itself in Gansu Province.The development of campus football promotes the development of campus football in the junior high school ofGansu Province to a better direction.
