Research On Rural Sports Development In Sandu Shui Autonomous County Of Guizhou Province

The development of rural sports is one of the important contents of implementing the beautiful rural construction and rural revitalization strategy in China.Rural sports is an integral part of China's sports undertakings.China's rural population accounts for more than half of the total population.Rural sports start late and have poor foundations.It is a weak link and a difficult point in the work of the national fitness program.To implement the national fitness program and promote the "healthy China" strategy,we must vigorously develop rural sports,enhance the health of farmers,improve the overall level of China's sports,and realize the transformation of China's sports power.Due to various factors,especially in rural areas in ethnic minority areas,rural areas in China have become the shackles that restrict the development of sports in China.To this end,the government has promulgated policies on the development of rural sports,which brings new opportunities and opportunities for the development of rural sports.Sandu Shui Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as Sandu County)is the only water autonomous county in the country.It is located in the southeast of Buyi Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the south of Guizhou Province.Sandu County has a long history and colorful ethnic customs.In recent years,with the support of the state and Guizhou provincial government,the rural sports in Sandu County has been continuously developed and improved.However,from the overall point of view,the development of rural sports in Sandu County is still at a low level,the development is not balanced,can not meet the needs of sports fitness of the vast number of villagers,sports in active rural recreation needs to be improved.This paper mainly applies research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method.Through the on-the-spot investigation of rural sports in Sandu County,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural sports,and explores the ways and countermeasures for the effective and sustainable development of rural sports in Sandu County according to the actual situation of the locality,which provides a reference for the development of rural sports in Sandu County.Firstly,it analyzes the social background of rural sports development in Sandu County and therole of developing rural sports in the construction of beautiful countryside.Secondly,it analyzes the opportunities,advantages and influencing factors of rural sports development in Sandu County.The influencing factors are:(1)rural economic backwardness is the shackle of sports development;(2)rural geographical dispersion and small population distribution pattern;(3)insufficient sports facilities in rural areas;(4)serious lack of social sports instructors in rural areas;(5)The sports population in rural areas is low;(6)the funds for festival sports activities are not effectively guaranteed;(7)the loss of festival activities and the lack of vitality for festival sports activities;(8)the weak basic education in rural areas affects the development of rural sports.According to the influencing factors of rural sports development in Sandu County,the current problems in the development of rural sports in Sandu County,combined with the background of the construction of beautiful countryside and“healthy China” strategy,propose countermeasures to promote the development of rural sports in Sandu County:(1)Develop economic construction to provide impetus for the development of sports undertakings;(2)Take the opportunity of beautiful rural construction as an opportunity to promote the construction of “peasant fitness projects”;(3)Raise funds through multiple channels to build and improve rural sports infrastructure;(4)Cultivate rural areas Sports backbone talents,establish and improve the management system of rural sports organizations;(5)increase the publicity of sports knowledge and strengthen the awareness of villagers' sports;(6)give full play to the enthusiasm of college students and migrant workers;(7)tap local resources to build nationalities Traditional festival sports brand events;(8)National fitness should make full use of festival sports resources;(9)Pay attention to the development of basic education in rural areas.I hope that I can provide some reference for the development of rural sports in Sandu County,promote the benign interaction between Sandu County and the development of beautiful rural and rural sports,and lay a solid foundation for achieving the goal of “healthy China” and “two hundred years”.
