Under the historical background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,how to grasp the orientation of ideological and political education,consolidate the theoretical foundation of ideological and political education and innovate the methods of ideological and political education is a new era ideological and political work that needs deep thinking of the ideological and political work team under the historical mission of building a well-off society in an all-round way and striving unremittingly to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation topic.As an important part of the ideological and political work team,college counselors are the implementers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the main force of ideological work for college students.College counselors of professional honor is related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education,the growth and success of young college students,social responsibility and historical mission.College counselors of professional honor is the sublimation of counselors' professional identity and the benign feeling of counselors at the highest level when they practice counselors' duties on the basis of their professional knowledge and subjectively feel that their professional value or the resulting professional value is recognized and praised by objective individuals or collectives.College counselors of professional honor is their affirmation of their own value and the spur of their professional responsibility,which helps to improve the efficiency of Ideological and political education.However,in recent years,with the impact of different social values,the implementation of favorable policies is not in place,the development of counselors is hindered,and the support of social groups is not available,which leads to a lot of counselors burnout and a decline in their sense of professional honor,thus affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Under the historical background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the party and the statehave paid more attention to ideological and political education and ideological work.College counselors of professional honor is indispensable,and it is not time to wait for it to be improved.Therefore,this study takes college counselors as the research object,investigates the current status of college counselors of professional honor,and puts forward countermeasures to improve college counselors' sense of professional honor.Based on Marxist value theory,ideological and political education management theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper uses literature research method and empirical research method to conduct investigation and research.Innovation in topic selection and content defines the professional honor of college counselors.A self-compiled questionnaire on professional honor of college counselors was conducted to investigate 550 counselors from 21 colleges and universities at different levels in Liaoning province.The results show that the professional honor of college counselors is at a high level at present.The factors influencing the professional honor of college counselors,such as presupposed career development direction,team relationship,policy support and social group recognition,are all supplemented by colleges and universities.There was a significant correlation between the sense of professional honor of supervisors.According to the survey results,this paper explores the problems and reasons of college counselors of professional honor,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the sense of professional honor of college counselors,so as to make contributions to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students and strengthening the construction of counselors' team.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.This paper elaborates the purpose and significance of this study,the research summary,the theoretical basis and innovative points of the study.The second part explains the definition of college counselors of professional honor,and defines college counselors' sense of professional honor.The third part,through interviews and questionnaires to understand the status quo of college counselors of professional honor.Through the data,the overall situation,demographic differences and influencing factors of collegecounselors of professional honor are analyzed.The fourth part,through the research data results,discussion and analysis,to find out the crux of affecting counselors of professional honor.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the professional honor of college counselors.Firstly,guided by Marx's value theory,we should enhance the professional honor of college counselors;secondly,we should broaden the direction of career development and promote the self-realization of college counselors;thirdly,we should create a harmonious atmosphere to enhance the sense of belonging of college counselors;fourthly,we should establish and improve system policies to ensure the scientific development of college counselors;fifthly,we should promote the society.Supporting and improving the social recognition of college counselors;these five aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the professional honor of college counselors.
