The view of honor is a barometer and a weather vane of values.The view of honor is a banner to lead the social fashion.But the value orientation of the few middle school students is diversified.There is a phenomenon of vague recognition on honor and disgrace.It's not clear what glory is and what shame is.And the values of confusion and disorder are lurking.The view of honor is always influenced by the social economy,politics and culture.For different families,the views of their honor are different.Studying the view of honor of middle school students and grasping the characteristics and causes of middle school students' honor view in the transitional period of a society,then offers suggestions on fostering the correct honor view of middle school students.It has important significance for personal growth,school education and harmonious development of society.Therefore,middle school students' view of honor enters the field of vision of researcher and becomes the object of my study.The core question that this study plans to answer is “whether middle school students have the correct view of honor or not”.The author has selected middle school students of Hainan Province in Sanya City,Haikou City,Wenchang City,Danzhou City,Qiongzhong County and Chengmai County as the research objects.Among 1000 copy questionnaires,994 copies are effective except ineffective ones.By the comprehensive use of documentation,research,interview methods and product analysis methods,the author firstly explores the characteristics of middle school students' view of honor.The researches discovery: The middle school students' view of honor has two positive features of sublimity and tradition.Meanwhile,there are three negative characteristics of utilitarianism,irrationality and blindness.The details are as follows:1.Having the sublimity,they are proud of their core values such as loving their motherland,dedication,honesty trustworthiness and friendliness;2.Having the tradition,they are proud of their traditional virtues,such as loving labor,living and saving,respecting their parents and teachers;3.Having the utilitarian,they take pride in more money and high-rankingofficials;4.Having the irrationality,they take pride in hating officials and riches;5.Having the blindness,they take pride in their appearance of beauty,competition,wealth and puppy love and so on,these so-called individuality.Secondly,for nearly three years,researchers have taken many surveys,interviews and work analysis with students,class leaders,student union cadres,parents,teachers,researchers and so on.Especially,have chosen more than 30 senior high school students to conduct in-depth interviews and add life history research and so on.Try to explore the formation of view of honor of the middle school students.In the aspects of family,the values of parents,the way of upbringing,the educational concept of parents and so on,have played a key role in the formation of middle school students' honor view.In terms of the school,the headteacher's speech and deportment,poor school spirit and class spirit,personality charm of teachers,school management culture and so on all directly affect the formation of the correct honor view of middle school students.Peer group correct values are conductive to the formation of a correct view of honor of middle school students.The classmates' bad ideas constitute a great threat to the formation of the correct honor view of middle school students.In the social aspects,social positive energy is conducive to the formation of a correct view of honor of middle school students,but our society also has many negative and ugly phenomena.The participation of media intermediary,the incitement of bad information on the Internet and so on,affect the honor view of middle school students.Thirdly,as a thesis research of the doctor of education,except some necessary theoretical direction,research findings should also be positively supported through educational action research.Therefore,this research is constantly improving research findings and research results.Some specific reform measures are also applied to the political courses taught.This part of the educational action study has found :In order to cultivate middle school students' correct view of honor,families,society and schools need to form a combination of positive education,then form the construction of honoreducation or model education.Among them,the most important thing is three aspects.First,the positive play of family education depends on the active participation of teachers.Second,teachers,especially the head teachers' patience and active life guidance is the most important course for middle school students.Third,the positive influence of peer group is very important for most of the middle school students who are only children.The conclusions of this study are : The honor concept of contemporary middle school students is a barometer of the concept of social honor.On the one hand,it reflects and reflects the concept of social honor,showing the mainstream of utilitarian and tradition laying equal stress on the tributary of irrationality and blindness.On the other hand,the creation and action of the micro education environment still have the possibility to lead and change the middle school students' view of honor under the situation that the macro social education environment can not be grasped.Especially with school education as the main position,it's helpful to directly and indirectly guide the middle school students to develop the correct honor view through the creation of the positive education of families and schools,the teachers' guiding education for the correct life of the students,and the strengthening of the educational function of the peer group.Of course,it's more conductive to the cultivation of correct values of middle school students if they can combine the macro social education environment,strengthen the government's educational responsibility and control the positive energy influence of all kinds of media and public opinion.
