With the increasingly fierce competition among countries for comprehensive national strength,countries have put forward the slogan of rejuvenating the country through education.Educational revitalization is inseparable from a group of high-quality teachers.Therefore,the construction of the teaching team has attracted more and more attention from leaders and colleagues on the education front.Teacher professional honor is an important emotional experience that teachers obtain in the process of teaching activities.It directly affects the happiness index of teachers and indirectly affects the quality of education and teaching.However,with the impact of the uneven social values in recent years,the implementation of favorable policies has not been in place,the development of elementary school teachers has been hindered,and the lack of support from social groups has caused many elementary school teachers to experience job burnout and a decline in professional honor.Affected the effectiveness of primary education.Under the historical background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the state has further strengthened the importance of the construction of the teaching team,and it is urgent to enhance the professional honor of primary school teachers.Therefore,this research takes the teachers of H primary school as the research object,based on the Marxist value theory,the three-dimensional theory of interpersonal needs,and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,comprehensively using the literature method,the survey method and the interview method to conduct investigation and research,and investigate the current primary school teachers The status quo of professional honor and the countermeasures to improve the professional honor of primary school teachers.This research defines the sense of professional honor of teachers.It is believed that teachers' sense of professional honor is based on teachers' recognition and implementation of the value essence and ethical behavior norms of the teacher profession they are engaged in.Teachers themselves are conscious of positive evaluations inside and outside the industry.To have a sense of accomplishment in the profession you are engaged in and a sense of belonging to the professional group is a positive subjective emotional experience that encourages teachers to better perform their duties and are willing to contribute to the teacher's profession.It is composed of professional identity,collective belonging,professional A sense of accomplishment and so on together constitute.According to this definition,the author compiled the "Questionnaire on Professional Sense of Honor for Primary School Teachers" and conducted a questionnaire survey on 87 teachers of H primary school.The results showed that the current primary school teachers' sense of professional honor is at a relatively high level,and the default family support situation The factors that influence the professional honor of primary school teachers,such as the importance of the school,the status of salary and treatment,the evaluation of professional titles,the support of national policies,and the public professional evaluation,are all significantly related to the three dimensions of the professional honor of primary school teachers.According to the survey results,the direction and influencing factors for the improvement of primary school teachers' professional honor are discussed,and countermeasures to enhance the primary school teachers' professional honor are put forward to contribute to strengthening the construction of primary school teachers.This research first elaborates on the background,purpose,significance,research summary,research ideas,research methods,innovations,definitions of related concepts and theoretical foundations of the research,and defines the sense of professional honor of teachers,and divides the sense of professional honor of teachers into Three dimensions of professional identity,professional accomplishment and collective belonging.Secondly,explain the design of the questionnaire,and conduct reliability and validity tests.At the same time,through interviews and questionnaires,we will understand the current situation of H primary school teachers' sense of professional honor,and use the data to analyze the overall situation of H primary school teachers' sense of professional honor and demographic differences.Analyze the influencing factors.On the whole,H primary school teachers generally have a higher sense of professional honor.Through the analysis of differences,it is found that there are significant differences in the level of academic qualifications,average monthly income,position,honorary title,and teacher honor.Through the discussion and analysis of the data results,the author found that the school's teachers can be improved in the three dimensions of salary and treatment,the title evaluation system and the recognition of social groups.Combining the results of questionnaire analysis and interview records to analyze the factors that affect the professional honor of teachers of the school,it is found that the factors that affect the professional honor of teachers of the school mainly include: the low salary of primary school teachers and high work pressure;the professional title evaluation system is too focused Quantification;the professional cognitive bias of the public.Finally,several suggestions are put forward for enhancing the professional honor of teachers in H primary school: enrich the carrier and pay equal attention to spiritual material;optimize the system and listen to teachers' demands;integrate internal and external to improve social recognition.
