The education of Gannan Nationalities Middle School is an important part of the national education of our province.The author tries to construct a chemistry classroom learning community in Gannan National Middle School through action research,which helps to improve the relevant theories of classroom learning community in ethnic areas.At the same time,it has the practical significance of transforming students' learning methods and promoting the common development of teachers and students.This study summarizes the relevant literature on learning community practice,development process and construction strategy through the literature method,which lays a foundation for the subsequent theoretical foundation construction.Based on the theory of intersubjectivity,cooperative learning theory and situational learning theory,the concept of chemistry classroom learning community is defined.It is believed that the chemistry classroom learning community refers to students and chemistry teachers who have common goals,and choose a suitable and effective teaching method to cooperate and interact with each other by creating a comfortable and safe learning environment with a sense of belonging.The components of the chemistry classroom learning community include learning subjects,common goals,teaching resources,learning styles,learning situations,and learning evaluation.These six elements are closely related and interact.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of the chemistry classroom learning community,Z-teacher of Gannan Prefecture conducted an action study on how to construct a chemistry classroom learning community.Based on the student questionnaire,classroom observation,exercise test and student interview,the problems in the process of constructing the chemistry classroom learning community were discovered.The emotional interaction features:(1)the teacher is in the dilemma of changing identity;(2)the teacher is not active and colleagues.Establish a dialogue relationship;(3)Teachers and students fail to conduct effective evaluation in a timely manner.The characteristics of cooperative reciprocity:(1)the effectiveness ofcooperative learning is not fully guaranteed;(2)the need for teachers to listen,concatenate,and ruminate has yet to be improved.The characteristics of situational effectiveness:(1)The local cultural characteristics of Gannan are not fully utilized;(2)The ability of teachers to create learning situations through chemical experiments and integration with preface knowledge needs to be improved.Through the above specific problems,this study aims to provide an operative constructive strategy for the chemistry classroom classroom learning community based on the development of learning subjects,sharing learning resources,and creating a harmonious learning situational principle: transforming the identity of teachers and constructing listening The basic peer-to-peer dialogue relationship,the evaluation of effectiveness,and the strategy of exerting the initiative of teachers and students in the direction of efforts;ensuring the effectiveness of students' cooperative learning,boldly trying different styles of student cooperation,creating a full-fledged classroom atmosphere,and setting reasonable The learning content and topics,the teachers learn to listen,concatenate,and defame the organizational group learning strategies;close to Gannan local customs and cultures,cognition conflicts lead students to think about reprocessing,create learning scenarios from familiar to unknown chemical experiments,A strategy for creating learning contexts that incorporates cutting-edge knowledge in chemical contextual teaching.
