Class introduction is the starting point of class teaching and plays a vital role in the smooth development of a class.Research practice has proved that good class introduction can have the following effects: first,to stimulate learning interest and generate learning motivation;second,to concentrate attention and promote active participation;third,to generalize the teaching process and clarify learning objectives;Connect new and old knowledge,build a knowledge framework;fifth,find problems and lead to independent thinking;sixth,create a class atmosphere,communicate the feelings of teachers and students.However,in the actual teaching process,most teachers neglect the introduction of the class or perfunctory things in this aspect,so that the effect of the introduction of the class should be greatly reduced.In the research,the author first uses the interview method and class observation method to analyze and find that the following problems exist in the class introduction of the research school teachers:(1)the teacher pays insufficient attention to the class introduction link;(2)the teacher class introduction form is boring,and the adherence mode;(3)class introduction time and content The selection is too arbitrarily;(4)The class introduction process ignores the student's academic situation,and the lack of teacher-student interaction;(5)teachers' evaluation and reflection on the class introduction.Secondly,the author analyzes the reasons for the problems in the introduction of the class,draws on the existing research results at home and abroad and the specific situation of the research school,and proposes the optimization suggestions:(1)The preparation process should pay attention to the introduction process,not imported for import;(2)The introduction method is flexible and change,and stimulate students' interest in learning;(3)The introduction content is novel and interesting,highlighting the biological characteristics;(4)The introduction process strengthens the interaction between teachers and students and promotes students.Active participation;(5)strengthen the reflection of the class introduction,and better serve the teaching.Thirdly,the author designed the class introduction case accordingto the optimization suggestion,applied it to the specific class teaching practice,and finally used the questionnaire method to evaluate the optimization effect.After a semester of practical teaching research on the "Molecular and Cellular" module,it was found that the preparation process focused on the introduction process,which promoted the efficient implementation of class introduction;the introduction method was flexible and changed,which helped students to accept new knowledge;the introduction content was novel and interesting,and promoted students take the initiative to participate;the introduction process focuses on teacher-student interaction,which inspires students to think independently;after class,it emphasizes the introduction of reflection and helps teachers to effectively improve themselves.
