As an important base for cultivating high-quality talents,colleges and universities shoulder more and more important responsibilities in the era of knowledge economy.The management level and efficiency of colleges and universities not only affect the effective utilization of human resources in colleges and universities,but also directly affect the quality and level of social service in colleges and universities,which is an important part of university management.Harbin Institute,as the only undergraduate institution in Harbin,has been actively implementing various national education policies and played an important role in realizing the new leap-forward development of social economy in Harbin.Harbin Institute has also done a lot of concrete work in the reform of teachers' personnel system in colleges and universities.In the process of reform,some achievements have been made,but there are still some problems,such as teachers' appointment system,job evaluation system,assessment and evaluation system,distribution incentive system and so on.The above problems not only affect the reform process of teachers' personnel system in Harbin Institute,but also affect the sustainable development of Harbin Institute.Based on the reform of the personnel system of Harbin Institute,this paper analyzes the related concepts of the teacher system of Harbin Institute from the purpose and significance of the reform of teachers 'personnel system in Harbin Institute,and makes a research on the current situation of teachers' personnel system reform in Harbin Institute.Analyzes and finds out the main problems and causes in restricting the reform of teachers' personnel system in Harbin Institute,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of teachers' personnel system in Harbin Institute.It is hoped that it will be helpful to promote the reform of personnel system in Harbin Institute.
