A Comparative Study Of Chinese And English School Sports Supervisors

School physical education is an important part of basic education work,is to promote the healthy growth of students,and ultimately realize the comprehensive development of an important means.School physical education supervision is a part of education supervision.It refers to the supervision,inspection,evaluation and guidance of the education supervision institutions and their members on the basis of scientific theories and methods as well as the national laws and regulations on school physical education.This paper discusses the similarities and differences between Chinese school sports supervision and British school sports supervision in the development process through comparative analysis of Chinese and British school sports supervision laws and regulations,establishment of supervision institutions,selection of supervision personnel,operation process and guarantee conditions,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of their respective development.It is expected to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for enriching the theory and practice of school sports supervision in China.In this paper,the scientific methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are used to study the sports supervision in Chinese and English schools.Focus on the analysis of school sports supervision related research foundation;Comparison of school sports supervision system between China and Britain;Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of sports supervision in Chinese schools;The improvement strategy of school sports supervision is studied and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)the construction of the school sports supervision system is an important guarantee for the school sports work.China's school sports supervision system has begun to take shape,the school sports supervision system needs to be improved.The implementation of scientific and reasonable supervision and guidance on the work of school physical education can promote the relevant administrative departments and schools to improve the efficiency of school physical education work and achieve the ultimate goal of school physical education.(2)the significance of school sports administration is to give better play to the role of school sports supervision departments and administrative personnel,strengthen the authority of school sports supervision,and guide the supervised units or individuals to continuously improve the quality of physical education.(3)current main problems: insufficient local supporting policies and measures,insufficient policy cohesion and weak execution;The management idea lags behind,the management funds are insufficient;Supervision personnel training is not professional,with unreasonable structure;The content of supervision is too extensive,there are indicators without detailed rules;Supervision of the conditions for the implementation of the guarantee is not in place.(4)obstacles to the development of school sports supervision: lagging laws and regulations,imperfect policies;The management system is not standardized;The level of government supervisors needs to be improved;The implementation form is single,the content is thin.(5)follow the guiding principle,comprehensive principle,objectivity principle,controllability principle and effectiveness principle to guide and urge the development and progress of China's school sports supervision system.
