In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the "Education informationization 2.0 Action Plan",indicating that the rapid development of information technology has promoted the informationization of education from the 1.0 era to the 2.0 era.The process of the transition from the educational informationization 1.0 era to the 2.0 era is a process of transition from exogenous variables to internal variables. As the decision-makers and leaders of the school informationization, the primary and secondary school principals play a key role in promoting the educational informationization from “application-driven” to “innovative integration”.As the education informatization enters the 2.0 era,the primary and secondary school principals will be affected by many new factors. Therefore, exploring the influencing factors affecting the information leadership of primary and secondary school principals will promote the informationization of primary and secondary schools to education. The key to the advancement of informatization 2.0.On the basis of relevant theoretical research, this paper firstly combs the conceptual connotation of the principal's Informatization leadership, and proposes that the principal's informatization literacy will also be an important part of the principal's informatization leadership.Secondly, through literature review and interviews, the influence factors affecting the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school principals are summarized and summarized, and the framework of this research is constructed. Finally,in the process of empirical research,in order to improve the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the existing mature questionnaires were used to form the questionnaire of this study. The subjects of this study are the primary and secondary school principals, backbone teachers, and administrative assistants who participate in the “National Training Program” of Henan Normal University. After the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, questionnaires were conducted on the primary and secondary school principals, key teachers and administrative teaching assistants, and the data were processed by the structural equation modeling software. After analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: First, the perception of the needs of the informatization work of the primary and secondary school principals significantly positively affects the information leadership of the principal, and the influence factors have a strong role in promoting the informatization leadership of the primary and secondary school principals;Second, the informationization ability of primary and secondary school principals has positively affected the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school principals, but the influence factors have a weak effect on the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school principals;Third, the power of primary and secondary school principals to manage information resources Significantly positively affects the principal's informatization leadership, which has the strongest effect on the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school principals;Fourth,The information construction and evaluation of primary and secondary schools is significantly positive to the principal's information leadership, the influence factors The role of information leadership in primary and secondary school principals is the weakest.Based on the above conclusions, this study proposes five strategies to enhance the information leadership of principals, namely: strengthen the recognition mechanism, strengthen demonstration leadership, enhance the principal training mechanism, integrate diverse human resources, and establish an evaluation feedback mechanism.
