Classic recitation is an important part of sinology education,which has a long history and rich content.Classic recitation can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period at the earliest,and has formed a unique set of theories,methods and values in the long history.At present,all sectors of society are vigorously carrying out classical reading activities,through many ways to inherit and develop classical reading.In order to analyze the current inheritance and development of classical recitation education,this paper makes a special study on a series of issues concerning the traditional recital school of "Tang's Recital" in Jiangnan,from birth to development to inheritance.Tang's Recital is the creation of Tang Wen Zhi who absorbs the theoretical basis of Tongcheng School's recitation,and it has its own characteristics in the recital school.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature interpretation,interdisciplinary analysis,investigation and interview to get the research results.Through the research,it is found that the common ways of inheritance and development of classical reading education are school teaching inheritance,social group inheritance,and mass media dissemination.These methods are based on the inheritance of traditional classical reading education,and become diversified and refined.Its advantages mainly focus on the importance of recitation,effective ways of inheritance and inheriting authentic characteristics of recitation schools.Its shortcomings mainly lie in the ageing of the inheritors,the small audience,the mixed market,etc.
