As the cultural treasure in the long river of Chinese history,Chinese modern classics are one of the important carriers of inheriting Chinese civilization for thousands of years.Its extensive and profound ideological content plays an important role in the continuation and development of Chinese civilization and promoting the progress of human civilization.However,influenced by cultural fault and "fast food culture",the students turned a blind eye to bearing the weight of the modern classic of the Chinese civilization.As the country elementary education reforms and the implementation of the three-level curriculum management system,the development of school-based curriculum in elementary school in the Chinese modern classic recitation,becomes the most feasible means of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture of Chinese classic,letting the student to absorb the essence of traditional Chinese culture,which can improve the students' Chinese accomplishment and ideological and moral cultivation and form a sound personality.Through a single case study method,questionnaire survey,literature and interview,this study selects the D primary school in Jinnan District of Tianjin as a case study object,objectively presenting the development of school-based curriculum of modern classic reading in D elementary school.The study finds many factors affecting the development of school-based curriculum:school leaders and teachers are negative to cope with the curriculum consciousness;Teachers' curriculum development of literacy and professional skills is not high the passive participation of students and parents.In addition,the curriculum development of D school is lack of efficient management mechanism and evaluation system.The author combines relevant theories with the practical situation of schools.According the specific problem found in questionnaire survey,The author puts forward some specific Suggestions and countermeasures:strengthen the management of school democratic construction;define the school-based curriculum development concept of classic reading and establish a solid school-based training work of teachers;optimize the classroom teaching,stimulate students interest in learning;introduce incentive mechanism,perfect the evaluation system;parent-school cooperative and so on.Finally,have a summary and reflection on the study and the research achievements.
