Facing the current situation of "less,slower,poorer and more expensive" in reading teaching,many researchers and front-line teachers are trying to find out a new reading teaching mode-group text reading teaching method.It promotes teachers and students to make efficient use of fragmented time to read.With the deepening of the research,the theory of group reading is becoming more and more perfect.It advocates reading and constructing around specific topics and multiple texts within a certain period of time,and ultimately reaches consensus.It is more in line with the view of "teaching Chinese" than"teaching texts".zNowadays,narrative reading teaching in junior middle school has entered a strange circle.Teachers and students will devote more energy to intensive reading of selected articles in class,get out of touch with life.On the other hand,the topic of group reading teaching points to multiple comprehensions both in and out of class.Here,the author will adopt the methods of literature research,experience summary,case analysis and questionnaire survey,in-depth study of junior high school narrative group reading teaching practice.Firstly,the rationality of the combination of narrative teaching and group reading is elaborated from the relevant concepts.Next,starting from practice,this paper analyses the current practice misunderstandings and basic requirements.Although there are many shortcomings in group reading,the narrative teaching classroom in junior high school can be continuously optimized by reasonably determining topics,selecting texts and carrying out teaching.
