Research On The Construction Of Demonstration Zone Of Public Sports Service System In Zhenjiang City

On December 31,2013,the State General Administration of Sports and the Jiangsu Provincial Government signed the "National Sports General Administration of Jiangsu Provincial Peopled Government Building Public Sports Service System Demonstration Zone Cooperation Agreement" in Wujin District of Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province.This is so far,the State General Administration of Sport and The only cooperation agreement for the construction of public sports service systems signed by local provinces and cities.According to the agreement,the State Sports General Administration will establish regulations for the public sports service system in Jiangsu Province.Planning,service standards,performance evaluation,govenment procurement of public sports services,actively enhance the connotation of public sports services,give full play to the role of the government,the market,and society,and provide guidance and assistance in the construction of diversified public sports service supply models.Study and discuss the specific conditions of the construction of public sports service demonstration areas in Zhenjiang,aiming to provide constructive ideas for the construction of demonstration areas for public sports services in other regions.The use of literature,interviews,field investigations,mathematical statistics and other methods to comprehensively understand the status quo and existing problems in the construction of Zhenjiang Public Sports Service System Demonstration Zone,and propose a constructive promotion of public sports in light of the existing problems.Service measures,which play an important role in promoting the development of China's sports industry.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Zhenjiang Public Sports Service System Demonstration Zone Under the great attention of all levels of government,the construction of the demonstration zone has achieved certain results,mainly manifested in:organization and management,funding,service operation,service efifectiveness,and the satisfaction of the people.There are several aspects.(2)Although the construction of the demonstration area for public sports service system in Zhenjiang City has achieved certain results,there is still a clear gap between urban and rural areas and regions,and the level of equalization is low.Sports venues and facilities cannot meet the growing diversity of people's fitness requirements.The public sports service policy system needs to be improved.There is still no coordination mechanism among the departments,there is a gap between the residents' fitness awareness and the concept of fitness,and the propaganda of scientific fitness is still not in place.(3)In order to better promote the construction of public sports services in Zhenjiang City,public opinion work to strengthen the construction of demonstration areas for public sports services,improve the system for the construction of demonstration areas for public sports service systems,and improve related sports facilities and equipment management The long-term mechanism,the improvement of the division of responsibilities and the supervision mechanism,the promotion of mutual cooperation among various departments,the improvement of the division of responsibilities and the supervision mechanism,the promotion of mutual cooperation among various departments,and the adherence to the govemment-led and widely-participated multi-dimensional supply model.
