Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) has already gone through the tests of fourteen match seasons and during these years our Chinese Basketball men were eager to make progress by using the experience of other countries for reference. They battled forward by continuously groping and innovating in this new area and finally gained enormous achievements which attract the nationwide attention. However, as one of the objects of the reformation of physical system, our country's CBA still explores in its tentative stage since it has a great deal of problems which need to be solved in many prospects such as main body of market services, exterior circumstances, interior operating mechanism and so forth.Only for this reason, this study using the methods of having conversation with professional and contrast analysis and papers analysis , focusing the origin of our professional basketball association and analyse the background of country at that time. Finding the problems when assuming the market economy by analyzing the supply body from this market so as to pave a way for our country to become a famous country name after sports and laid foundation for the concepts regarding in sports. The conclusion as follows:1. The professional basketball association is the new market that emerge under complicate social background, these are different from the tradition market regarding the marketing and attracting the funds from outside and other mechanisms. Especially on the problem on who should control the whole entity , our professional basketball is different the NBA2. There are two different supplying body in our professional basketball market. One is the each clubs in our market, which affecting the whole supplies of the whole market, the other is the organization of association, which is the supplying body for very kinds of non-entity.3. The price mechanism is elaborated by the following aspects, such as the price representation, the characteristics, the influence factor and the choice of price strategy; the quality of the contest-service product and the brand of CBA are the key basics influencing the price of product, which act as influencing the income of local market and having an impact on the direction of the whole market.4. The ticket price and the prejudice by some fans to the clubs are the main factor for demanding. And the consumers affecting the whole sales for the whole league and the ability of its marketing The product are restrict by every kinds of methods and different conditions by each clubs and the condition of basketball players.5. NBA forming the different commission-agency mechanism , containing the owner of each clubs and the CEO of the whole league, each owner of clubs and the manager of each club. Although existing the commission-agency mechanism , but still have lots of problems on its scales and other mechanisms.6. The main problem that our basketball association has: too focus on someplace, incoherence in someplace and lacking the commission-agency , lacking the attitude on serving association; unequal of the whole market regarding on laws.
