| The collaborative cultivation of M.Ed.between higher education institutions and primary and secondary schools has been generally recognized in all universities,and gradually formed a talent cultivation mode of high-quality specialized and innovative primary and secondary school teachers with the focus on the cultivation of teaching practice ability and relying on collaborative cultivation.As the cultivation of teachers in basic education,the M.Ed.in basic education requires the participation of multiple subjects,and universities,governments and primary and secondary schools gradually form a synergy in the cultivation of M.Ed.students and form a full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community.In this context,the present study is a theoretical construction and an empirical analysis of the key factors affecting the full-time M.Ed.collaborative training community,and proposes methods and paths to optimize the fulltime M.Ed.collaborative training community in order to enhance The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of cultivation and the synergy of education.The study understands the concepts and connotations of full-time M.Ed,collaborative cultivation and community through literature review.The study uses the community theory to support the ideological fulcrum of the construction and operation of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,the synergy theory to clarify the constituents and operation mechanism of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,the group dynamics theory to clarify the role of the factors of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,and the teacher professional development theory to deepen the development goals of each subject in the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community.On the basis of this theory,we further summarize the rich connotation,basic characteristics,constituent elements and construction principles of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community.Then,we analyzed and categorized the factors influencing the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community with the IP0 system theory,and initially formulated the index system under the main factors,environmental factors,resource factors and process factors.The survey was conducted by questionnaire and the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test and ANOVA with the help of SPSS analysis tools to obtain the importance and satisfaction scores of each index and whether there are differences in satisfaction of influence factors by gender,professional orientation,institution category and undergraduate major.Finally,combining with the priority action matrix distribution chart of the influencing factors of full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,we proposed countermeasures to further analyze the effective path of full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community construction.The analysis of the questionnaire data shows that among the 34 items of the influence factors of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,the satisfaction level of all the item indicators is lower than the importance value,indicating that the respondents are generally dissatisfied with the cultivation quality of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,and the expectation level is significantly higher than the actual perceived satisfaction level.The items that need urgent priority improvement in the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community can be further summarized as insufficient government support,weak willingness of primary and secondary schools to participate,failure of multi-subject participation to be well reflected,insufficient articulation between curriculum and basic education,and lack of teaching practice resources and guidance.The individual characteristics of students differ in their perceptions of the factors influencing the fulltime M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community.In this regard,there are four strategies to optimize the construction of full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community as follows: First,to build the ideological foundation of the community with the concept,cooperation and trust of full-time M.Ed.cultivation community,and enhance the centripetal force and cohesion;second,to focus on the assessment and management system,improve the institutional guarantee of full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,and consolidate the organizational management;third,to stimulate the motivation of participation,smooth Third,to stimulate the motivation of participation,improve communication and resource allocation,optimize the operation mechanism of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,and fuel the efficiency of the collaboration;fourth,to build the cooperation platform of the full-time M.Ed.collaborative cultivation community,and realize the joint construction. |
