Developing drama education activities in senior high school can not only cultivate students' aesthetic ability and inquiry ability,but also promote students to form sound personality.Students should not onlyacquire knowledge and skills,but also form good emotions,attitudes and values.This is a process of unityof knowledge,emotion,intention and action.Students' participation in drama education activities will help students develop their observation,attention and imagination,so as to enhance students' ability and furtherpromote the mastery of knowledge and skills.In the course of watching,participating and adapting plays,students' thinking,actionandcooperationabilitieswill beenhanced.This paper investigates the situation of drama education activities in high schools in Luoyang City,and finds out the significance of drama education activities in high school Chinese classes.Based on the existing textbooks,it analyses the current situation of the textbooks used by high school students inLuoyang City.By interviewing teachers,students and parents,we can know the level of awareness of drama education activities in Chinese classes of high schools.The basic situation of the selected dramatic works in the required textbooks of Chinese and the optional textbooks.Really entered many high schools,followed by interviews with their campus art festival,community activities month,drama into the campus activities and other activities of dramatic educational significance,to obtain the corresponding practical information.Find out the problems in the development of high school drama education.The analysis shows.that the main problems include the lack of awareness of drama education among senior high school.students,teachers,parents and society;the single way for students to receive drama education;the failure to.find a balance between the development of drama education activities in senior high school and the.improvement of students' academic level;the existence of various forms of drama education activities in senior high school,but the lack of professional knowledge,professional teachers,and so on.The form of activities is limited.In order to promote the high school drama education activities more orderly and qualitatively and form the deepest influence effect,this paper puts forward strategies by consulting literature and drawing lessons from advanced regional experience.First of all,we should change our thinking and set up the concept of drama education that meets the requirements of the times.Attaching importance to classroom teaching,giving full play to the greatest value of textbooks,and integrating drama education into classroom by means of situational teaching and other forms.Extracurricular drama education activities can adopt the promotion strategies of integrating with university forces,introducing professional drama into senior high schools,promoting students' drama with the help of social forces,promoting senior high school students' drama works to the public,and continuing to promote drama into campus activities.
