Kindergarten educational drama is the application of the methods and elements of drama to the daily educational and teaching activities of the kindergarten.From the perspective of teachers,it includes three parts: the design,implementation and evaluation of educational drama activities by teachers.This article focuses on the activity design and implementation of front-line kindergarten teachers for thematic educational drama.Through a series of action research,it is intended to explore how to construct a drama education activity that can help promote the overall development of children and implement core literacy.On the one hand,this article focuses on "thematic educational drama activities" and discusses possible new ways of implementing drama activities in kindergartens;on the other hand,this article focuses on the purpose of drama education on "holistic education " and discusses how to realize the holistic education as much as possible while taking advantage of drama education.The full text contains a total of two studies.The pre-study conducted a preliminary exploration of teachers' understanding,design,implementation,and evaluation of the thematic educational drama activities in kindergartens through teacher interviews,classroom observations,and textual data analysis.The results showed that teachers exist in understanding.Deviations and narrowing also have many shortcomings in practice,such as: limited access to materials and educational value mining,activity goals focus on cognition and less emotion and learning quality,ignore the value of drama itself,single activity form and obvious field bias,evaluation focus on results Process etc.In the formal research phase,this article formulates an action research plan for the problems presented by teachers in the pre-research phase,and invests in action research as a designer and co-researcher to explore the design of garden-based thematic educational drama activities The method mainly focuses on the following issues in the event design: the source and selection basis of the drama theme,the selection of the drama activity content and the structure of the drama theme network map.Through the three-stage action research of three drama theme activities in four classes,finally summarized the source range and selection basis of drama themes,the mining ideas of drama theme education value,the construction method of drama theme network,etc.,to design thematic styles for first-line preschool teachers Educational drama activities provide thoughtguidance and suggestions,and also provide a certain reference for future generations to study how to integrate drama education with holistic education.
