The "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education"from the Ministry of Education in 2015,clearly points out the importance of drama to the construction of school aesthetic education curriculum.Since then,the development of drama education in kindergartens has been flourishing.The concept of drama education for preschool teachers is the basis and internal motivation for the practice of kindergarten drama education.It not only plays a decisive role in the run of kindergarten drama education activities,but also affects its the practice quality.Therefore,the root of the problem should be solved,it is extremely urgent to carry out research on the concept of drama education for preschool teachers.The study used a self-made questionnaire to investigate 178 preschool teachers who organized drama education in Xi'an.At the same time,the study combined with other research methods such as interview and observation to inspect the current situation about the concept of preschool teachers'drama education and the different from different types of variables comprehensively.On this basis,analysing its performance characteristics and reasons,and then proposed feasible suggestions to improve the concept of drama education for preschool teachers.The study found several points:Firstly,the preschool teachers' understanding about the basis of the drama education's goal is one-sided,about the target structure of the drama education is inconsistent,about the appropriateness of the drama education's goal is not clear.Secondly,the preschool teachers value the diversification of the drama education's content about where they come from,but lack of suitability.They have a reasonable understanding about the organizational form of drama education's content.There is a certain tendency to understand the content category of drama education,and the orientation about the selection principle of drama education content is inconsistent.Thirdly,the preschool teschers have a good understanding about the methods of drama education,having a mixed understanding about the drama education and the interaction between teachers and children.At the same time,they have a bias towards the role of drama teachers.Fourthly,the preschool teachers have a clear understanding about the role-making methods in drama education,but their understanding of plot creation methods and scene creation methods is unreasonable.Fifthly,the preschool teachers have a more comprehensive understanding about the content of drama education's evaluation,but their understanding about evaluation subjects and evaluation methods in drama education is obviously insufficient,and the understanding of evaluation criteria is uneven.Sixthly,there is no significant difference in the age,profession and teaching grade variables of preschool teachers'drama education,there is a significant difference in the nature of kindergartens and frequency of participationt,and there are extremely differences in the length of teaching,education and professional titles.Secondly,the study analyzed the current situation of the preschool teachers' drama education.The advantages include that:the preschool teachers pay attention to the overall development of young children,and paying attention to the reality of children.The inadequacies include that:the preschool teachers are lack of a comprehensive and systematic understanding of drama education,attaching importance to the performance results than process performance,and their understanding of drama education have not really been internalized in their heart.There are some main factors which are from kindergarten teachers themselves and kindergartens,affecting the concept of drama education for preschool teachers,which include theoretical knowledge of drama education,actual teaching experience,learning initiative,education and teaching age,which are from the preschool teachers,the training,condition support which are from the kindergartens,etc.Finally,the study proposed four feasibility suggestions from preschool teachers and kindergartens:enriching teachers' theoretical knowledge of drama education,including strengthening teacher' learning and experience accumulation of theoretical knowledge of drama education;Educational reflection ability;strengthening the education research and training of drama education;increasing the support of the kindergartens for drama education.
