In recent years, with the increasing of the number and proportion of youthteachers of higher education and the more attention of the quality of teaching inuniversities in China, people pay more attention to the problem of youth teacherscultivate on teaching ability. Youth teachers are an important part of teachers inuniversity, and their teaching ability directly affects the quality of teaching. Butyouth teachers tend to be lack of the teaching experience, no perfect the knowledgestructure, which, in a certain extent, influence the quality of teaching and thestudents’ learning satisfaction, so how to train their teaching ability has graduallybecome a hot spot in the field of research. This paper used the empirical survey asthe research method, analyzed the current state of the training of the younguniversity teachers’ teaching ability and based on it, explored its the influencefactors and cultivation countermeasures, so as to get first-hand material on thecultivation of teaching ability of youth teachers in university, and to promote thecultivation of youth teachers in universities and provide more reference. Thisresearch mainly includes:First, the paper presents the situation investigation on the cultivation of teachingability of youth teachers in university. This paper used two forms incluing thequestionnaire and interviews which respectively investigated the ability trainingsituation of youth teachers in Guangxi, Hubei, Hunan three universities. Through theinvestigation and analysis it found that youth teachers commonly focus on their ownteaching ability improvement and development; and they are also willing to take partin a series of related activities and training which organized specializing in youthteachers in cultivating the teaching ability in the university, but the university wherethe youth teachers are have not enough importance to cultivate the teaching abilityof young teachers, restricting their development in large measure. Relativelyspeaking, like as "teaching environment, cultivation and training plan and teachingevaluation mechanism and so on in university" can have produced great influence toyouth teachers’ teaching ability training, which most of the youth teachers identity.From personal level, the personal autonomy independent development driving canbring very big internal power for youth teachers’ teaching ability improvement andthe enhancement in university etc. Secondly, effect factors analysis on youth teachers’ teaching ability cultivation inuniversity. Through the survey we know two levels factors which influenced youthteachers’ teaching abilities development in university where the youth teachersworked and personal. Among them, the main factors from the university are teachingand scientific research system, training system about youth teachers training andteachers’ evaluation mechanism etc. Personal factors are mainly from own teachingpractice experience,own knowledge structure and individual consciousness etc.Third, strategies on the youth teachers’ teaching ability cultivation in universityBased on the investigation and analysis of the above, this paper has explored fromtwo levels that systems in university and individual consciousness of strategy inview of the problems which on the youth teachers teaching ability training. Firstlythe university should innovate and provide excellent teaching and scientific researchsystem, establish comprehensive special training system and improve perfectly thespecial teaching evaluation mechanism etc, and give a specific operating strategy forthese. Secondly detailed and provided valuable reference from three aspects whichare personal level of consciousness, basically based on teaching practice experience,the knowledge structure and independent development.
