The "National Club" of Chinese ice hockey is a new model originally created by Chinese ice hockey team, which has never been used by other national sports teams before. This paper uses the methods of interviews and questionnaires to explore the current situation of club operation, management mode, management system, operation strategy and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of sustainable development, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the existing problems,so as to provide theoretical and reference basis for the sustainable development of clubs. The conclusions are as follows: China Women's Ice National Club belongs to the nature of sole proprietorship, and it is difficult to mobilize all resources to participate in international competitions like the government sports department.Due to the reason that the team participates in foreign League matches, the league matches are relatively concentrated, and the competition guarantee in the Sports Management Department of the club is dispersed to the central area of operation and development and administration, which indirectly affects the efficiency of the team guarantee to a certain extent. At present, the main revenue channels of clubs are commercial sponsorship, government subsidies and bonuses. At present, the revenue mode is relatively single, which is an urgent problem for clubs to solve.Compared with the model of national training team, the model of National Club has greatly improved in management system, organizational structure, funds and facilities, staffing, market development and other aspects, which is conducive to devoting oneself to competition and training. The sustainable development strategy of Kunlun Red Star Club in Shenzhen is mainly influenced by the domestic ice hockey environment and the club's own shortage.Suggestions are as follows: learn from the experience of national and professional teams with high development level at home and abroad, further optimize club structure and reduce unnecessary administrative intervention.Maintain the competitive level of the team and improve the viewability of the game.Introducing talents and building reserve talent echelon by various ways.Develop revenue channels, develop the youth training market, and attract more children to participate in the hockey industry.
