With the continuous development of China's social economy, the industrial park economy has become an important part of local development and national strategy. The problem of large population movement brought about by industrial concentration is also a new era issue that needs attention. At present, the Suzhou Industrial Park and other parks are actively connected with the international community. At the beginning of the planning of the park, the services of the workers in the park are taken into consideration,so they are at the forefront of the social work of the national industrial park.Because there are few studies on social work services related to industrial parks, based on the experience of previous people,it is hoped that this paper will attract more research attention and pave the way for the exploration of social work services in industrial parks. This study uses the procedural logic model assessment theory in the project evaluation method. It has good assessment integrity because of its focus on input,service-to-output,including external and other factors. At the same time, the evaluation process has a high degree of fit with the process of the floating population service project as exemplified in this paper, and the evaluation index is relatively easy to establish,so this evaluation theory is chosen.Through systematic analysis, the project basically completed the project indicators, but the project lacked innovation and did not continue after the end.On this basis,we also carried out targeted problem analysis and found that there are room for improvement in many aspects: 1 insufficient feedback in the later stage of the project, lack of continuity in project experience accumulation;2.excessive dependence on social resources input;3 working conditions below the social average level of equivalent academic ability, the welfare and training mechanism of social workers are not perfect;4 the introduction of volunteers is single, the social resources are unstable and random;5 the preliminary demand survey of project design is not systematic;6 social work projects are subject to Social hotspots focus on influence and rely on buyers;7 The evaluation system of activity design in the project is chaotic, and the design and implementation are mostly carried out by ordinary social workers;8 Local governments pay less attention to migrant workers in industrial parks, and the proportion of service inputs is very low;The relevant person in charge of the industrial park is not clear about the economic benefits brought by the social work project, and the support is not enough. The society is still relatively new to the special population of the floating population in the industrial park, and the concern is not high. Therefore, based on this, this paper combines the successful experience of other industrial parks, analyzes and proposes: 1.Strengthen the promotion of corporate social responsibility in the park.2.Strengthen government cooperation to help the government improve its influence in industrial parks and floating population communities.3.Cultivate the backbone of the community, enhance the rights and interests of the floating population, and improve the bottom-up demand feedback channel.4.Floating population community service multi-core construction to promote different levels of communication and interaction.5.Policy protection for improving the floating population.6.Build a public supervision platform to enhance the influence of “three social interactions”.7.Establish a service guarantee mechanism for migrants and implement relevant policies. Finally, this study also has many shortcomings. For example, the participation in the project cycle is not complete enough, the previous data belongs to secondhand data, etc.,and more scholars are required to invest in relevant research.
