| At present,China's population situation has undergone a historic transformation,China has changed from a high-fertility country to a ultra-low fertility country,while the aging population,gender imbalance,less children and other literary issues have intensified,in this context,family planning policy is no longer suitable for China's basic national conditions,according to which,on November 15,2013,,the decision of the CPC Central Committee on a number of major issues of comprehensive deepening reform,adopted by the 18-third plenary session,was issued,which referred to "upholding the basic state policy of family planning and initiating the implementation of the policies of a couple with one child being an only child with two children",which marks the formal implementation of the "alone two-child" po licy.In 2014,provinces and cities formally implemented the "separate two-child policy." On October 29,2015,the 18-ninth plenary communiqué allowed for a universal two-child policy: the full implementation of a couple's policy of having two children,family planning is gradually breaking down.The implementation of the two-child policy is in line with China's sustainable development,can improve China's population problems,related to China's long-term economic development,but the implementation of the two-child policy may make China's labor market gender discrimination,so that the gender wage gap expands,women will face the double dilemma of family and work.The gender wage gap has been in the labour market for a long time and can be attributed to two aspects,on the one hand,due to the different personal characteristics of men and women,on the other hand,as a result of gender discrimination,accompanied by the implementation of the two-child policy,which may aggravate gender discrimination in the labour market,thus widening the gender wage gap,This makes the income of women lower.After the implementation of the two-child policy,there is little literature on the impact of the two-child policy on gender wage differences,the study of this paper using the 2012 and 2016 data of the Chinese Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),this paper first carries out the basic return of the wage equation between men and women,whether to give birth to two children into the wage equation,Compare the impact of the birth of two children on the wages of men and women,and then use the double difference model(did)as a recognition strategy to test the impact of the implementation of the two-child policy on the wages of men and women.In this paper,it is found that women's income will be significantly reduced after the birth of two children,while men are not,the "alone two-child policy" makes women's income lower,the effect of the "two-child policy" is to influence women's wages by affecting the time of labor supply and gender discrimination,"separate two-child policy"The implementation has made women face a more serious career dilemma.This article includes eight chapters.The first chapter,the introduction part,mainly elaborated this research topic selection background,the research significance.The second chapter,the literature review part,has carried on the combing from both domestic and foreign aspects,including the theory research and the empirical research.The third chapter,the research method,expounds the basic idea,the technical route,the innovation place and the deficiency of this article.The fourth chapter describes the change of gender wage difference before and after the implementation of the two-child policy.The fifth chapter explains the model,data source and variable selection used in this paper.The sixth chapter,the empirical analysis part of this paper,the impact of the birth of two children on the wages of men and women,"individual two-child policy" on the wage income of men and women.The seventh chapter,"Individual two-child policy" on gender... |
