Research On The Role And Function Of College Teachers In Establishing Social Work Institutions

In 2009,the state civil affairs department issued relevant policies to encourage social work professional teachers to run social work institutions,which are private social work institutions.As an important part of social work,the development and promotion of social work institutions are conducive to promoting the development process of social work,promoting the development of social work institutions is of great significance for promoting the localization of social work in China.In 2003,China's first non-profit social work professional organization was established in Shanghai.In 2007,Shenzhen had its first social work institution,which was the first social work institution founded by college teachers in China.In the following years,more and more college teachers have set up social work institutions,which is a unique historical phenomenon and the product of the development of The Times and conforms to the trend of The Times.The research shows that in the past ten years,a certain number of college teachers have set up social work institutions,and the social work institutions set up by college teachers have developed in both quantity and scale.College teachers play an important role in the establishment of social work institutions and the development of social work institutions,and play an indispensable role in social work institutions.It is a new attempt for college teachers to establish social work institutions.In addition to the roles that college teachers themselves play,there are more roles that they play in social work institutions.Therefore,they assume double or even multiple roles.In this case,how college teachers view and deal with the relationship between different roles,how they view the positive and negative functions,role conflict,role interruption and other influences on them? How to solve the related problems,what functions college teachers who set up social work institutions play in professional education and promoting the localization of social work,and what are the development trends and paths for college teachers to run social work institutions in the future? These problems are worth pondering and need to be discussed.This research mainly adopts the research method of interview to obtain data,analyze and sort them out,and conduct research and analysis on the role and function of college teachers in establishing social work institutions,and understand and recognize the impact of dual or even multiple role functions of college teachers and role imbalance.This paper discusses how to adjust the maladjusted roles of college teachers in order to promote the development of college teachers,colleges and social work institutions,and provide a research perspective for college teachers to establish institutions.
