Since the new century,China has made considerable achievements in the development of education,but the current education is still not well adapted to the requirements of the development of the Times and the people call for a better educational life.At present,the entrance examination of colleges and universities almost take the score of college entrance examination as the only admission criterion,this single student evaluation mode which is determined by the final score has a great negative impact on the country's future talent cultivation.The comprehensive and diversified evaluation of students' academic performance is related to the happiness of hundreds of millions of families,but also the need of education reform itself,under this background,the students ' comprehensive quality evaluation come into being.In the course of series exploration and practice,what is the recognition of high school teachers and students on this comprehensive quality evaluation policy? What effect does it have on the education and teaching of schools and the growth of teachers and students? This article takes the general high school in Shenzhen area as the research object.Through the literature research,the investigation analysis and various ways and methods,it has carried on the research recognition of the general high school teacher and the student to the comprehensive quality evaluation policy.In this study,teachers and students of school Y,one of the first experimental units of the new college entrance examination reform in Shenzhen,were selected as samples,it conducted a wide range of questionnaires and understanding,through SPSS 21.0 data analysis software to collate and analyze the collected data,obtained the following findings:1.The overall level of recognition of the teachers and students in the sample schools is relatively low for the comprehensive quality evaluation policy.In other words,the recognition level,satisfaction and acceptance level and evaluation level of the teachers and students surveyed in this policy are in a relatively low state;2.In this study,both teachers' survey data and students' survey data show that the sample population information has little effect on the overall identity of teachers and students in this study,but the identity level of senior one students is relatively better than that of senior two and senior three students.3.In terms of the scores of the three dimensions of the questionnaire,the scores of the cognitivepart of the policy are generally higher than the recognition degree of teachers and students on the implementation of the policy,which indicates that teachers and students understand and recognize the policy itself,but there are many deficiencies in the whole implementation process.In order to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation system and improve the recognition of teachers and students on the comprehensive quality evaluation policy,this paper puts forward some reference suggestions and improvement methods,like realization of the "hard link" between the evaluation results and the college entrance examination,exploring the school characteristic evaluation system.
