Research On Logistics Service Outsourcing Of Y University From The Perspective Of New Public Service Theory

Today,the state,society and the people of higher education put forward higher requirements,the logistics of colleges and universities as a guarantee of higher education this kind of public product institutions of colleges and universities,how to adapt to the new era demand for colleges and universities,take the initiative to improve the quality of our service and enhance the level of management,decides the public interests of the masses of teachers and students can obtain safeguard and improve.The problems in the process of logistics service outsourcing not only reduce the service quality,but also have a negative impact on the teaching,scientific research and other aspects of guarantee.How to solve the problems in the process of college logistics service outsourcing and promote the stable operation of colleges and universities with high service quality has become an urgent problem for college logistics managers,and has also attracted the attention of many college administrators and scholars.As a new administrative guiding ideology,the new public service theory serves the government administration,which can not only be used by the government administration,but also provide guidance for all kinds of institutions facing the public.Based on the above considerations,this article takes the logistics service outsourcing of University Y as the research object,and explores and analyzes the current status,existing problems and existing problems of logistics service outsourcing at University Y from the perspective of the new public service theory through field visits,interviews and questionnaires.The reason behind it,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the seven core contents of the new public service theory.Specifically,it is mainly completed through the following parts of work.First of all,by searching domestic and foreign literatures related to logistics service outsourcing in colleges and universities,we understand the current domestic and international research trends and related concepts of logistics service outsourcing,and carry out on the new public service theory and its applicability in logistics management in colleges and universities Elaborated.Secondly,understand the socialization reforms of Y University at different stages.By designing questionnaires and conducting network surveys and interviews with different employees and students,the problems of Y University ’s logistics service outsourcing are summarized.There is a phenomenon of inadequate supervision and evaluation.Third,from the perspective of the new public service theory,to analyze the root causes of these problems,it is found that in the process of Y University’s logistics service outsourcing,too much emphasis is placed on the benefits and neglect of public welfare;on the helm,the service and the single responsibility of supervision are ignored.Finally,based on the existing problems and analysis of the reasons behind the problems,a solution is proposed.Obviously,it is only necessary to implement the seven core contents of the new public service theory.One is to take service as the core to promote management to transform to new public services;the second is to put people first and promote the benefits to shift to the maintenance of public interests;the third is to build And improve the logistics service quality supervision system;the fourth is that the government,schools,and society should provide appropriate policies and financial support for logistics outsourcing in colleges and universities.Through the research of Y University’s logistics service outsourcing problem,the proposed countermeasures are targeted,in order to promote Y University’s logistics management to a higher level,and it is expected to provide practical reference and expansion for universities with the same situation as Y University.A broad theoretical perspective on analytical problems.
