Recently,the number of autistic children in China is increasing year by year.Such disease starts in their early childhood,presenting persistent disorder in their social communication and mutual relations,and also presenting limitation in their behavior,interest and activity.For the particularity of autism and the fact that most patients are young,parents are puzzled about the issue of raising autistic children.Firstly,the traditional educational experience can't be directly used to treat autistic children.Secondly,for the treatment of autistic children,parents need to employ intervention skills that they have learned in Rehabilitation Intervention Centers in their life with the children,so as to assist the children to improve their personal capacity.At last,supporters who raise the children can expand and stabilize the intervention environment,after mastering the skills of intervention.Parents can't cope with existing family education,considering that their own lack of relevant knowledge and skills,some of them even reveal urgent attitude towards parental education.However,there are few parental educational training programs helping parents treat their autistic children in the market.Such programs are thus not systematic and widespread.Such lack have put parents in a really difficult situation.In this background,a group of autistic children's parents in a Wuhan intervention rehabilitation institution were investigated.Questionnaires and in-depth interview were used to learn the current state of parents and parental educational status.Then,according to results obtained,parents' demands and existing common issue were analyzed.Next,the author utilized the case work to intervene in respondents.In the intervention process,ecological system theory and family therapy were used,showing the benign progress in cultivating parents to correct children's attitude,improving parents' skills to raise children,and improving parent-child relationship.The author hopes that the thesis will provide some help and reference for parental educational training of autistic children's parents.
