An Intervention Study On Group Work Of Parental Stress Of Autistic Children's Family

At present,the incidence of autism is increasing year by year and there is no cure.Clinically,there is no effective treatment method.Families of children with autism are often worried and anxious because of their children's diseases,and they are under tremendous parental pressure.This study first used the "Summary of Parental Stress Indicators" to measure the parental stress level of autistic children's families in Lanzhou D Social Service Center.The results showed that the parental stress of autistic children's families is at a very high level.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of the families of children with autism,it is found that the sources of parental pressure for families with autism children are complex and diverse,including parenting pressure,financial pressure,care pressure,and social environment pressure.If these pressures cannot be obtained Effective alleviation will definitely affect the physical and mental health of the parents of autistic children,and it will also not help them to take the responsibility of taking care of their children.In order to alleviate the pressure of family parenting of children with autism,under the guidance of the theory of social learning and the theory of superior perspective,this research carried out the "Watching and Helping-Parents of Autistic Children Support Group",which aims to promotes parents of autistic children to learn stress reduction methods,plan time reasonably,and pay attention to their own needs and physical and mental health.At the same time,through the communication and sharing of group members,they can accept the children's current situation more rationally and calmly,and respond to parental pressure with a positive and optimistic attitude.The results of the study show that group work has been effective in intervening parental pressure in families with autistic children.The specific manifestation is that the level of parental pressure in families with autistic children has decreased,and parental pressure has improved.Learned methods of stress reduction and parenting,and strengthened the confidence in raising children.Considering that the parental pressure of autistic children is a long-term pressure and the source of pressure is complex,this study believes that the comprehensive application of social work methods can be strengthened,and the social support network for families of autistic children can be comprehensively constructed for better Alleviate the parental pressure of autistic children's families.
