With the aging of the population,the number of people with cognitive impairment is increasing year by year.Due to the inadequate construction of medical services in China and the traditional mode of thinking,many people with cognitive disabilities still adopt family care.Therefore,family care workers are the most important caregiver and source of social support for cognitively impaired people,which directly determines the quality of life and the development of the patient's later life.More and more family care workers are suffering from the influence of patients,resulting in more and more anxiety from the aspects of economy,psychology and physical health.This is also a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article takes Mr.Feng,a family care worker of Yang Grandma,a community resident of the A Sunshine Home in Fruit Lake Street,Hubei Province as the research object,and uses case study,narrative treatment and literature method to interview Mr.Feng.Table test,narrative treatment,explore the reasons for the psychological problems caused by Mr.Feng.The exploration found that the victim,Mr.Feng,was faced with a long-term care for cognitive impairment.Yang Grandma was faced with a series of psychological problems,such as emotional distress,anxiety,and boredom.Through the development of specific services,we further understand the mental health problems of the victim,Mr.Feng,and conducted targeted interviews.Finally,the results of the case work were evaluated from the goals and changes of the case.The results of the study show that through the intervention of individual social work,Mr.Feng,a family caregiver of Yang's grandmother with cognitive impairment,has eliminated psychological problems and got rid of psychological dilemmas.Helping the victim,Mr.Feng,gain self-identity and improve his relationship with his family.At the same time,through the support of different levels,we will establish a comprehensive social support network for cognitively impaired people and their caregivers,alleviate the care pressure,mental stress and life pressure of caregivers,link more social resources,and help families with cognitive disabilities.Caregivers are more comfortable in the future care process.
