School is an important place for students and teachers to live and work.In addition to the educational function,the more important function is to ensure the physical and mental health of teachers and students.China guarantees and urges schools to carry out health functions smoothly by constructing school health management system.As an important part of this management system,school health supervision mechanism plays a great role in school health work.However,the frequent public health emergencies in schools in recent years have exposed a variety of problems in school health work,and the inadequacy of school health supervision mechanism has become increasingly obvious.As the capital city of Guizhou province,Guiyang city is also a second-tier city in China due to the backward economic development.Compared with the economically developed cities in China,its school health situation is not optimistic,and there are many deficiencies in school health supervision.Taking Guiyang city school health supervision mechanism structure as the breakthrough point,through introducing the theory of public goods,externality theory,synergy governance theory,mechanism design theory and other related theory,the integrated use of literature research and empirical analysis,comparative study and questionnaire investigationmethod,the analysis of each factor in Guiyang city school health supervision mechanism and the existing problems and the relationship between the reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience of school health supervision mechanism operating mode,to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study.Finally,it innovatively puts forward a collaborative governance mechanism involving diverse subjects such as social organizations,families and communities to build a healthy campus environment and ensure the physical and mental health of teachers and students.At the same time,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: perfecting the current supervision mechanism,introducing the external coordination mechanism,establishing the talent training mechanism and effectively allocating the existing resources.
