In 2012,the ministry of education issued a notice on the establishment of national centers for faculty development and established the first 30 centers.Under this policy's call,much importance is attached to the faculty development in colleges and universities.Thus,more and more centers for faculty development has been established.In a certain area,they have been alliance to play the function of radiation lead,be able to share the high quality education resources and improve teachers' teaching ability together to create a win-win situation.The word mechanism has two core meaning.One is to express the components of things,and the other is the relationship between the components and their operation.A certain scholar comes up with an idea that educational phenomenon includes four categories: educational activities,educational system,educational mechanism and educational concept from the perspective of Marxist philosophy.This study applies this analytical perspective,and defines the regional college teaching development mechanism as the people,resources and process,as well as the interrelationship and operation mode between organizations,rules and regulations.The theoretical basis of this study is education theory,which includes level mechanism,function mechanism and the form mechanism.Level mechanism can be described macro policy,medium and micro planning,incentive mechanism in detail.Function mechanism can be described incentive mechanism and safeguard mechanism in detail.Form mechanism can be described administrative-planning mechanism,guidance-service mechanism in detail.Based on this analysis framework to make the questionnaire and interviews,combined with the data collected from interviews,we can easily and preliminarily know and understand the current situation of the teaching development mechanism of regional colleges and universities in China.It is found that the main form of the teaching development practice of regional colleges and universities in China is to form the teaching development(center)alliance of regional colleges and universities.These alliance have made certain rules,hold academic annual meetings regularly,and shared certain ideas and so on.The existing problems mainly include: macro policy is too general and micro system is to be refined.Functional mechanism has the single form and insufficient guarantee.Formal mechanism is management-oriented but guiding decline.Here are the reasons after analysis,and combined lessons from the mature experience of foreign advanced country,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the teaching development mechanism of regional college teachers in China.Details are as follows: from "management orientation" to "service orientation";from "macro plan" to "micro system";from "extrinsic motivation" to "endogenous motivation";promote "resource sharing" from "building platform";from "less cooperation" to "cooperation".Owing to the exploration stage of regional colleges and universities teachers' teaching development in our country both in theory and practice,we can easily glance the achievement but neglect problems.Ii is exactly from the problem perspective that this study hope to improve the mechanism of regional colleges and universities teachers' teaching development and to make meager strength contribution.Specifically speaking,this research is divided into five parts.Thefirst chapter is the introduction,from the research origin,research purpose,research content and problems to be solved,literature review and research significance,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the definition of the core concept and the introduction of the theoretical basis of this study,and describes the author's theoretical analysis framework.The third chapter is the understanding and investigation of the current situation of regional college teachers' teaching development mechanism in China,including its achievements,existing problems and cause analysis.The fourth chapter is the introduction of the characteristics of the teaching development mechanism of some foreign regional colleges and universities.The fifth chapter is based on the sharing concept and the coordination theory,from the educational mechanism theory's level mechanism,the function mechanism and the form mechanism three dimensions,in view of the problem,unifies the reality,proposes the improvement suggestion and the countermeasure.
